If your business model is to serve 3€ "frape" coffee to teenagers, go ahead and keep up with what you are doing. But if you want to attract more wealthy clients, I advise you to: Select your personnel a lot better Select people that are happy to work and do not have a sad tired face all the time Select people who can at least speak minimum English words and do not try to get an order in Greek from a tourist When you serve a cocktail or alcohol drink provide something on the side as well. The waiter saying "we are out of chips or nuts" is just embarrassing When the client asks for sugar just bring it to him. A waiter arguing "This coffee is not good with sugar" just because he is tired of bringing it, is just not good business policy. When you eventually bring some sugar, bring a lot. I believe they could benefit from a broader price range for their dinner options. That said, I understand that pricing can be influenced by various factors, especially in a more expensive neighborhood.
After reading some negative reviews, I felt compelled to express my disagreement. While there is no way to verify the claims made about unpleasant conditions, I have to mention that I personally found the restroom to be spotless clean and the staff to be friendly, professional, and casual.
Overall, it’s an ideal and cozy spot for enjoying coffee and...

I chose to sit on the first floor, which has a designated space for laptops. Unfortunately, I couldn’t stay long due to the lack of heating on a cold day. Adding to the discomfort, the large windows have no shades, and by noon, the sun shines directly into your face, making it hard to focus.
The only way to order was by scanning a QR code, with stickers placed on each table. I wasn’t a fan of the lack of alternative ordering options. QR codes pose a well-documented security risk, as these stickers could easily be replaced with malicious ones. A more secure and flexible system would go a long way in improving...
