I was meant to meet a bunch of friends at the bat for a Ghost anniversary party and with no reason given they ejected me from the establishment. I sacrificed my evening and other plans I had in order to attend, I felt I was owed at least an explanation by the staff, which gave none but rather just escorted me outside. I was not drunk or disorderly, I simply pointed out to the bartender that when I purchased a ticket of 8 euros it was to cover "a beer or a drink" but when I asked for and "old fashioned" they required 3 more euros, which I paid. Great medieval themed bar, right outside the premises of the center of Athens. Well put , greatly designed and decorated, with murals, statues and a heavy medieval ornamentation on every single corner. People, guests, music and service is very based on the traits listed above and beyond expectation of the firstcomers. In addition to that, organisation skills are toping the rest, with plenty of themed parties, special nights and offers and finally reasonable prices! No need to say that if you fancy that kind of things you will have to visit...

Kostas the owner has something we Greeks call mer'akee (love for what you prefer to do in your life) and that is evident in this 18 year old classic rock bar. I simply can't find a way to express my appreciation of the friendliness and detail stashed abundantly in this place. It feels half like a beautiful art exhibition (Excalibur swords, knight armors, dragons and more) and half like the bar Cheers from the TV series. Just come here and enjoy life with good friends.
