Terrible experience!

I am requesting a partial refund after the nightmare we experienced at this hotel. Customer service was terrible. We stayed 4 nights, and moved to a more expensive room with a bigger private balcony the last 2 nights. The air conditioner didn’t work properly and we were sweating all night. We talked with 3 different representatives 4 times. Their response was “we don’t have a fan because we have AC. If the AC doesn’t work, there is nothing we can do.” The next day, they didn’t even try to look for a simple fan. They continued to justified that since the AC was turned on it was working, even if the room wasn’t cool. Each person that was sent to the room changed the AC number to a different one and had another explanation about the situation. They continued to say “ just wait for another 30 minutes and it will get cooler.” That didn’t happen and we eventually got tired. The second day, we talked to the staff again, only to find out that the only person that went to the room to fix the problem as they das promise was the maintenance lady. The staff didn’t even communicate properly among themselves to find a solution. We had to travel the next morning after having a very bad night and poor sleep. We are requesting a partial refund after the bad customer service and poor Air Conditioner that was provided...

Very lovely stay in Athens we stayed in early March 2022. The hotel was newly renovated and opened in 1 Nov 2021. On Google street view, you don’t see it yet lobby and everything is new and clean beds are super comfy and bedding is soft we had the Standard option for a couple. It is quite small, but very well equipped - small fridge, shower, hairdryer, kettle to make a tea including tea bags and cups, of course towels, small shampoos, body lotion, shower gel and conditioner cleaning happens every day if you are lucky, you can park for free on the street in front of the hotel. There is like 10 spots, so it’s very limited but we always parked. Keep in mind we were staying not in the peak. Also, there is an option to park nearby at 7€ nearby park. In high season, it will be hard the hotel does not face any Main Street, but if you keep the window open during night, you can hear once in a time a car, ambulance or so helpful staff walkable distance to city center and the Acropolis, there is a pedestrian walk nearby which is amazing and the stuff recommended it to us very high level of service and interior I was considering staying either by the coast line near the sea or in the city center and decided for this new hotel (early 2022 deal) and would stay go...

I ABSOLUTELY love this hotel so much!! 😍👌🏼♥️ We were here last month for 4 nights from Sep 25 to Sep 29, and the whole time of our stay was very comfortable and pleasant.

Pros:

Very clean hotel from lobby, to hallways and the rooms. 👌🏼 I love how these labels on the doors and switches was put on to remind the guests that the room has been cleaned and disinfected as we enter our room.

Smart switches and gadgets and the fact that the room are so modern is a HUGE PLUS! 😍 I was so impressed about it. ☺️

The terrace in our room with a little view of Acropolis is such a sweet feature (we were on the 5th floor) and the fact that every room has their own terrace is absolutely awesome! ♥️

The receptionist with a long curly hair who checked us in between 17:00 to 18:00 on Sep 25 was VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. I wish I remember her name because she was sooooo sweet and kind and polite and ultimately informative and professional.

The laundry service was really fast! 😍👌🏼

Cons:

Small elevators but you’ll get use to it eventually lol! It’s quite a walk from/to Monastiraki.

Overall I DEFINITELY recommend this hotel to anyone. I cannot wait...
