Update to the owner: No, shame on you. Everyone, just look at how they treat their guests by looking at their language below, rather then being apologetic, they are saying "shame on you" to their own guests. Shame on them. Anyone with families, please don't go to their establishment. They false advertise to lure respectable families and then treat them like dirt, shame on them!!!!

Location: This was the worst experience of our lives. The hotel is not accessible by cab or taxi; you have to be dropped off and navigate through narrow streets with shady people around.

Check-in Process: The check-in process was terrible. They require you to upload personal information and then send you a code to open a key box on the day of arrival. If you don't receive the code, you're out of luck. There are no staff to assist you; everything is handled through a chat bot.

The Property: The rooms were extremely dirty, and the elevators shook and rattled while going up. If they break down, you won't find help anytime soon in that part of the city.

The Room: These were the dirtiest rooms I have ever seen. The towels had an awful smell, the sheets were stained, and the room had a bad odor. It was unclear when it was last cleaned; the bathrooms were dirty and smelly.

We could hardly stay an hour before booking another hotel and leaving. We pleaded for a refund, but the property manager was rude. I beg you to explore better options. This hotel is like something out of a horror movie. The property manager was extremely unhelpful, electricity went out at night making the room unbearable. Please...

What a great place! I just now read the 1 star review from the “crazy person” and I didn’t have any of those experiences at all. We took a taxi to the apartment and arrived just fine. The checkin process is very clear. We did have to upload a photo of our passport, but I think that’s an EU law. Then the instructions are very clear how to get in the room. The room was spotless. I inspected the sheets and they were crisp and clean. We got 4 towels as they were all clean. There was no smell. And this location in the city is wonderful. Close to lots and lots of restaurant and shopping. Especially art supply shops. The elevator is a bit weird. But it’s an old fashioned thing and gives the building character. I loved it. I just loved this place. Love the balcony with canopy. Loved the room with microwave and stove. Loved the location. I just loved it all. I think the experience of the 1* must be an isolated incident. Maybe the apartment was having an off day or something. I don’t know. All I can tell you is that I look forward to...

Excellent! Amazing place with nice decoration and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The only possible negative remarks are some mosquitoes (that can be avoided by letting the windows closed) and some noise coming from the streets that can be heard from the balcony, but it's really no problem at all.
