Were it not for Polly Calliope and her café hopping video on YouTube, I would have dismissed Overoll Croissanterie as another tacky takeaway serving junk food and walked on past.
What I noticed apart from the tackiness, was the queue, it was busy, dreadful music playing only served to reinforce its tackiness.
The croissants looked enticing, but the ultimate the tasting of.
I ordered the pistachio croissant.
OMG it was good. The best croissant I've had had to date was at Monmouth Coffee in Covent Garden, but this was in another league.
The coffee is sourced from Taf, a La Marzocco espresso machine.
