I Took 'KOK' desert, tried one bite only and saw that desert is old, not tasty and that chocolate on top is just sugar taste, not chocolate like they said. Returned it and took different one that was tasty, but they still charged me both deserts.
Update on owner's answer: Thats not true, I wouldnt say its old and untasty if that not the case. Iam not piky person, I can eat everything. But your desert is not tasty and it taste like old, thats the fact. I said that other desert was tasty, and I ate it, but the first one was not tasty and I returned back 95% of desert. Please, you should look into making customers happy, and not look how not to loose 1€. 'Customer is always right' - thats how every successful business think. But you choose to say that i left incorrect review, that I ate my desert(even tho I retured it). Even If I didnt like it, but I ate it, you should offer me different one or refund. I traveled half of world, and I know restaurants trhive to make customers happy, but you do...
Read moreShockingly Rude Service – Avoid at All Costs The woman behind the counter (dark hair, black-rimmed glasses) was hands down one of the most shockingly rude people I’ve ever encountered in any customer-facing role. Her attitude was downright hostile — as if serving customers was a personal inconvenience. There’s zero concept of basic politeness or customer service here. You’re made to feel like a burden just for walking into the shop. The ice cream? Completely forgettable. But honestly, even if it were the best in the world, it wouldn’t be worth enduring that kind of treatment. Absolutely no excuse for this level of unprofessionalism. I wouldn't return if they were giving it away for free . Steer clear ! This is a zero star. .Not even worth one star!
Responding to the owners reply ... I'm sorry but I have no idea what you are talking about .Clearly you have had an altercation with another customer. Thank you for proving my point though, that you have no customer service and are...
Read moreWe stayed here with a couple of friends for 3 nights. The accommodation is simple but clean and the location is perfect with the beach about 100 metres away. ||Milos beach is quite a hike that two of us did with the other taking the ferry which was a fun little trip and a nice thing to do- if visiting Milos I’d recommend buying a pair of the beach shoes that are for sale in all of the shops here - as the slope getting out of the sea is steep with soft gravel so a bit tricky for someone a bit wobbly on their feet.||The Elena cafe has a good selection for breakfast, cakes pastries and ice creams. The village is kid friendly with safe swimming good restaurants where the food and the hospitality were both excellent. I’d highly recommend this for good value if we didn’t live so far away I’m pretty sure we’d be...
