Iris Studios — Hotel in Lefkada Municipality

Absolutely perfect! Nikos is a wonderful host! Friendly and very helpful. From the start you could tell that he wanted us to feel at home and enjoy our stay. |The apartments are freshly renovated and very smart. As my wife said, "everything has been thought of to make our stay a good one". |The AirCon is included, which isn't always the case in Greece (my in-laws are staying in a fancy villa, and their electric is capped and the excess is charged). And there's a washing machine available without charge, with detergent provided, so you can travel with very little luggage and wash your clothes here. |It looked like the cleaner came in to clean every day, which is a lovely service. And the sheets and towels were replaced mid-week.|We travelled with our baby and a travel cot was provided, with a lovely mattress (the night before the flight in Bristol, we got a travel cot with no mattress).|While it is on a road, you can't see it from the apartments as the olive trees act as a natural barrier. It is close to Kathisma beach. We recommend getting a hire car for the week as it is a bit steep to the beach, (but you can get online deals all the time for about £120 for the week). Agios Nikitos is a few minutes drive in the car. |These apartments are an absolute bargain in my humble opinion. We are already looking to book for next year, as you'd struggle getting anywhere else as clean and stylish...

Nice small hotel, clean nice room, drinking water in bathroom, hot water whole day, very king staff, calm place in the night, perfect site for 10 days in Greece. Beach not so far but crowded by people. Sea with clean calm water, nice fishes for shorkeling. For lowers of nature nice makchia with nice flowers and animlas not fo far, along perfect paved way 10 minutes away up t hills above the village. Lot of tavernas, but we make own food in smal, poor kitchin with classic few diches, cups and forks - typical Greece. Several shops, open all days with bread, fruits, vegetables and Retzina wine...||Only one but serious problem. Hotel has not its own parking place and street(s) just near hotel, but also anythere, with no, really no parking place all days in all hours. We rent a car and park 400 meter farn in crossing of high paved way above the hotel. Absolutely no place for parking - but it was mid-August.||General recommendation - nice place, perfect for older people, but do not want...

I'm an old vagabond, I don't even know how many apartments I've slept in in my life, nothing was important to me except that the apartment was functional so that I could stay normally, but as for this apartment...

The apartment is terrible, the reasons: There is no cold water in the faucet for washing, the toilet is clogged and smells terrible, one stove works just enough to make coffee in 20 minutes, there are cats all around that jump on you when you eat, defecate and vomit on the terrace. ..

And I must also mention the gentleman who told us to turn off the light and open the curtain so that the light from the bar illuminates our room, probably to save electricity - only when we let him know that it violates our privacy did he leave us alone.

The good sides of the apartment: Nice terrace with a great view, comfortable bed... Everything else is living...
