Perla Apartments — Hotel in Municipality of Agios Nikolaos

Arrived Saturday 20th July for 10 days, met with Popi who looks after the apartments and cleans them daily to a very high standard.She was keen to show us the sea view which was spectacular you really could not miss it, even lying in bed you had that view right in front of you.||The apartments are well equipped with with a small kitchen with everything you need, fridge , kettle, 2 ring hob etc.||The room also has air con which is essential as temperatures daily are in the 30,s.||A fantastic balcony which stretched round the side of the apartment.||A safe free of charge is also provided.||You do have a road in front of the property where you do hear some noise but not so busy, this did not bother us as we have a train line at the back of our flat in the Uk.||Holidays are about compromise and the road is that especially for the sea view.||Perla apartments are great value for money stay and we will certainly visit Agios Nikolaos in the future and stay at the Perla.||Thanks again to Popi for allowing us to store our luggage in the office and return later in the day to collect as our flight was not till later that night.||There is a bit of a hill up to the entrance from the main road, keep that in mind if you have...

We had a clean, comfortable, seaview, studio apartment that ticked all our boxes and more! Poppi is a wonderful hostess and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay, including a town map and excellent tips on beaches and restaurants. The view from our balcony (and lounge and bed) was amazing and the swimming right across from the apartments was lovely, although the actual beach is tiny, so some rock hopping is necessary. We were there in early June and it was already pretty crowded on the waterfront! Perla Apartments are in a great location, only a short stroll from the main harbour and close to all amenities. Parking is at a premium though, so once you're parked, leave the car where it is and walk everywhere. It's too easy in such a great, central location. Dimitri collected us from the bus station to take us to the apartment as we arrived late at night and our flight was delayed. We communicated via email and this was easily arranged. He took us on a quick journey around the lake and the harbour on the way which was very much appreciated!||The apartments are perfectly located right on the water. Our view from the balcony was of the side of the building but still a perfect sea view. You could walk anywhere within 15 minutes. There were local shops to hand to buy supplies for the apartment such as snacks and bottled water.||The apartments were serviced daily to a high standard. So friendly and helped arrange a taxi and hold luggage for us. Thank you for being wonderful hosts.||As a young couple we loved Agios Nikolaos and we would definitely stay at Perla apartments again...
