Zygos Urban Garden — Restaurant in Municipality of Agios Nikolaos

I think we just had bad luck reading all other reviews.

We (my wife and our son of almost 2) visited twice.

Let me point out that the quality of the food and drinks are good, however service was quite poor.

First visit: nice waitress who helped us however took quite long before she came to our table. We also asked her if they have a special seat for our son, which they have. Normally you would expect that they would get it for you. However I decided to get it myself after 10 minutes.

We ordered coffee, orange juice and a Banoffee. Banoffee arrived first (which already took quite a while) and few minutes after that our coffee. I would expect them either at the same time or desert soon after coffee arrived.

Second visit: Due to the quality of the food and drinks we decided to give it another try.

Waiter came to our table quite fast, but I think he rather didn't have any customers that day. Super arrogant, not looking us in the eyes but only on his device, no smile, nothing! We didn't feel welcome at all!

It seems that is was just him taking the orders and another waitress bringing the food and drinks. But I don't think she was allowed to look further than the table she needed to go to, since she didn't look while we where trying to get her attention. We wanted to pay and leave after finishing everything (which again was nice) but where also not able to draw the waiters attention. So we decided to walk towards him ourselves to pay.

So either we just had bad luck with the staff of both days, or this is their way of...
