Sergiani Seaside — Restaurant in Municipality of Agios Nikolaos

Me and my girlfriend were checking out the surroundings of our all inclusive 5 star resort. We decided to take a long trip from Anisarass to Agios Nikolaos,because the town came highly recommended. After a short walk alongside Marina, and a small session of shopping we wanted to eat something. We found this beautiful by the sea restaurant that was serving seafood. Sunset came,we got greeted by a really friendly gentleman wich I mistook him for the owner because of his great hospitality. The food was amazing ,we had amoung others local cheese ,very nice bread ,one of the best Saganaky I ever tasted and likewise seabass and grilled octopus plus a nice local Chardonnay to go with it. Many thanks to the senior gentleman who took care of us this night ,and highly recommend the restaurant if you happen to find yourself in Agios Nikolaos. The food was excellent and I really enjoyed all the authentic Greek flavours on the dishes when I visited this restaurant.

The reason I give only three stars on this review is the customer service — it was on a poor level — especially done by the owner (presumably). As a customer, you always wish to be served with a personal and warm touch. In this case, the waiter didn’t seem to be interested in our customer experience at all and it felt like he really didnt care about our visit to this restaurant.

If the owner fixes his attitude, this place has a magnificient potential to be one of the top places in the town. So, my tip is:

Enhance the customer service! It is the key to the best customer experience.

Amazing restaurant and fantastic staff. The fish was absolutely beautiful The catch of the day is highly recommended. Also the beef stew slow cooked was out of this world 🌎. Prices are very reasonable and the food is the highest quality. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for both the fish and the meat dishes with vegan options available. They Also have a children's menu so families are welcome. I also have to comment on how clean the whole place is even the toilets are spectacularly maintained.
