Porto vecchio rooms — Hotel in Municipality of Chania

Maria and Kostas run a lovely boutique hotel here! Communication and service was top notch. Our room was clean and thoughtfully stocked with necessities and some yummy luxuries. The private outdoor jacuzzi was fabulous especially after lovely days of long hikes around old town and surrounding countryside. Bed was super comfy and area very quiet at night (at least in late March) Keep in mind you cannot drive in old town so arrange to have taxi drop you off close by. It is located in one of most interesting parts of old town close to everything. Very reasonable value for the price. Pack lightly as there is very little by way of drawers, hangers, hooks or closets.

George’s restaurant “Argo” is just out the front door and that is a tasty and friendly plus. Highly recommend...

Beautiful room with a jacuzzi on the balcony (though some instructions would have been helpful if you're not familiar with using one). The apartment is centrally located in the middle of the old town, and the check-in process was easy. Good flexibility regarding storing luggage for a few hours. Due to the hotel's location in the old town, parking is impossible. The best option is to find street parking, which is also nearly impossible. We eventually found a parking spot about a 20-minute walk away, though you might be lucky and find one closer. Because of the location, there is quite a bit of noise from nearby restaurants and bars. We stayed on a Friday evening, which may have made it louder, but it’s still manageable and not something that would prevent you...

Wonderful small newly renovated hotel on a quiet street in the heart of Chania Old Town. Maria and Kostas, the owners, provide excellent service and were very responsive to our needs including a very late checkout and booking us a taxi to the airport. We stayed in a lovely spotlessly clean second floor room (1st floor in Europe) with a gorgeous balcony that is immersed in a bougainvillea tree. The room has modern comforts and is well planned with a comfy bed, good shower, fridge, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, and toaster. Coffee pods, tea, sugar, bottled water and snacks are provided. There is a separate small courtyard restaurant that closes at 9pm. Overall a very comfortable hotel and I would be very happy to...
