B&K Rooms — Hotel in Municipality of Heraklion

The best place we stayed in Crete by far! If you check other reviews all will be the same! I think the place is cozy but complete for a couple. It had all the amenities needed for a nice stay in this beautiful island. The room even includes the famous Raki drink ( what a nice detail) but I must admit the best about this place is the service by Dimitra, the host! We reached really late at night and struggled with the digital check in but even at the odd hour, she was able to help us. She recommended amazing places, checked in on us ever so often, helped us with taxis and even to rent a car with delivery to the apartment. Absolutely amazing service, really high standards of quality. Made our stay in Crete ever so special. It’s services like this that set the bar so high that you expect the same everywhere but far from the reality. Recently, I had an unforgettable vacation at the apartments on the picturesque island of Crete, and I simply must share my delight.

First of all, the apartments impressed us with their coziness. The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was equipped with a modern shower and toilet, which added extra convenience after a long day at the beach or on excursions.

The kitchen in the apartments was fully equipped with everything necessary for cooking. We enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony. It was a truly magical start to each day.

The service and hospitality deserve special mention. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They made our stay as comfortable and worry-free as possible.

The location of the apartments also turned out to be ideal. We could easily reach all the local attractions and the center. There was an atmosphere of peace and...

We had such a lovely experience at B&K Rooms! It’s a small, cozy place, but beautifully arranged and equipped with everything we needed. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and every little detail made us feel at home.

One thing that really stood out was the kindness and responsiveness of our hosts. We needed an extension cord, and even though they didn’t have one on hand, they actually went out and bought one for us — something you rarely see and truly appreciated. That kind of care and attention is what makes a place unforgettable.

We were also able to store our luggage after checkout, which made our last day in Crete much easier and more relaxed.
