Nissos Ios Hotel — Hotel in Municipality of Ios

The hotel has a perfect location, right in the beginning of the beautiful Mylopotas beach. They provided free transfers to/from the port, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable with an albeit small, but nice little balcony (and could see the water). Really good value for money, and staff was welcoming, service-minded and extremely helpful. The reason for not giving a perfect rating is that I did not sleep at all the first night as I had a big group of young boys living in the room next to me, and they decided to throw a party in the room. I was prepared for a young party island with perhaps some noise from the street and nearby bars, but not to have a partyzone as a neighbour! I know it's not the hotel's fault, but when there is not any staff available at night to handle something like this, it becomes an issue for...

This hotel is right on the beach and the owner, Petros, was amazing from picking up and droping us at the port to setting out 2 sets of chairs on the beach especially for us. It was the low season so not a lot was open nearby but we expected that so it was not a problem. The bus stop is right outside the hotel so very convenient for going to the port and village. The room it self was small but more than adequate and very clean. The only thing that could have been improved was the shower head which seemed to spray water all around but the water was always hot so not a big drama.
