🚨 SCAM ALERT ‼️ 🚨

Family of scammers, worst place ever. Please DO NOT SUPPORT this kind of scammy businesses by booking with them. I just read the other reviews here and I wish I had checked google maps earlier. It all checks out. Don’t trust the fake 5-star reviews.

We booked two nights but missed the first night since our ferry was cancelled due to weather conditions. We tried to call the property a lot of times but the number provided by the booking system was always - and I repeat, always - unavailable. Also sent a message through the booking system which was never seen.

The morning of the second day we got a nice surprise, the owner went ahead and cancelled the reservation as a “no show”, even though we had another night left. I panicked since I was afraid somebody else might book our room (the only one left) and that I was not gonna be able to find other accommodation in such a short notice, so I rebooked the room for 1 night hoping they would be good hosts and give the money back.

Upon arrival I explained the situation to the owner’s wife and she was immediately defensive and rude, making stuff up about how they didn’t hear from us. She said she would talk to her husband, the owner.

Upon checking out I talked to the owner in person (I was only able to talk to him because I asked his son if I could speak to him and got pointed to his “office”: he sits in a closed-door space in the toy shop, with a camera on top of the door, super weird). He said he reached out to the booking agency to let them know to refund me for the extra booking. Of course he was lying and seemed pretty comfortable in doing so to my face. I called the booking agency and they said they didn’t receive his confirmation of the refund, which was required for them to proceed. At that point I realised I’ll never get the money back.

On top of that, the apartment was very dirty as the other reviews say. Even the bed sheets had stains...

INVASION OF PROPERTY! Thats not a scam review. We were literally having some predrinking with some friends at one of these rooms , and the owner busted in with the excuse that we didnt reply to his phonecalls ( like should have) . Besides that he started speaking badly to us since the word rude wouldnt be enough to explain how he spoke to us. But anyway just opening the door with his keys and coming in with not even a warning is a good reason to save some time and money from other people that just want to have some nice time on the island. Oh a small plus. He was asking for extra money ( untraceable and untaxed of course ) because we had another person in the room chilling for like an hour . Just wasting my time to mention that besides the worst host ever the room was dirty and he refused to give us any shampoo or whatever we asked from the beginning. Please avoid . And dont let all these fake reviews...

Ότι χειρότερο από κάθε άποψη. Μέσα στη βρώμα κυριολεκτικά. Το πάτωμα δεν είχε ούτε σκούπα περάσει. Όταν ανοίξαμε ντουλάπα βρήκαμε κατσαρίδες δυο. Στα παράθυρα δεν είχαν ρίξει ούτε νερό με λάστιχο σαν να ήταν από την προηγούμενη σεζόν. Στις επιφάνειες με το δάχτυλό σου έπιανες τη σκόνη. Πουθενά δεν υπήρχε μία σκούπα μία σφουγγαρίστρα ούτε στα διπλανά.Δεν υπήρχε χαρτί υγείας. Η μια κοπέλα είναι ΑΜΕΑ κλίμακα 3 με 81% Αναπηρία παραπληγική. Αναγκάστηκα αμέσως για να μη χαλάσουμε τις διακοπές μας αγοράσουμε σκούπα σφουγγαρίστρα χλωρίνη, μέχρι και σφουγγαράκι για το κουζινάκι που δεν υπήρχε και teza κατσαρίδες κτλ Σκέφτηκα επειδή είμαι στο χώρο του τουρισμού αρχικώς να μην κάνω παράπονα.Το καθαρίσαμε μόνοι μας χωρίς να πούμε λέξη. Και δεν είχα σκοπό ούτε κριτική να γραψω. Κατά το check out ζήτησα πολύ ευγενικά να καθυστερήσουμε ελάχιστα λεπτά διότι το σημείο είναι αδιέξοδο.και δύσκολο πάθαμε λάστιχο. Το check out ήταν 11:00 11:05 εκτός Ότο είχαν στείλει e-mail γιατί είχαμε καθυστερήσει 5 λεπτά, ήρθε και μήνυμα στο Viber ότι έπρεπε να έχουμε αποχωρίσει 11:00 Η απάντηση που έλαβα είναι ότι δεν είναι δικό τους θέμα δεν τους ενδιαφέρει και απαξιωτική συμπεριφορά χωρίς ίχνος ευγένειας η’ ανθρωπιάς. Δηλαδή έπρεπε να έχει βγει η κοπέλα μόνη με το αναπηρικό καροτσακι γιατι έφτασα 11:05 Πραγματικά ντρέπομαι που υπάρχουν τέτοιοι άνθρωποι. Όχι μόνο να μην είναι επαγγελματίες αλλά να μην έχουν μέσα τους ίχνος ανθρωπιάς . Επίσης το σταθερό τηλέφωνο δεν απαντούσαν ποτέ και πριν φτάσουμε στη Μύκονο. Αφού έχουν ένα τηλέφωνο προφανώς από κάποιο άσχετο σπίτι που δεν είναι κανένας εκεί να απαντήσει. Αγενέστατοι όσο δεν πάει. Όσο για τα θετικά reviews είμαι βέβαιη ότι τα έχουν κατασκευάσει ίδιοι. Λυπάμαι πραγματικά που γράφω μία τέτοια κριτική, είναι η πρώτη φορά, το κάνω με λύπη αλλά πρέπει διότι είμαστε η ντροπή της χώρας και του τουρισμού όταν δε μιλάμε. Είμαι στο χώρο του τουρισμού 30 χρόνια, δεν έχω ξαναδεί τέτοια αγένεια και απανθρωπιά. Επίσης δεν μπορώ να προσθέσω φωτογραφίες με τη βρωμιά και με τις κατσαρίδες. Και τέλος μου ήρθε e-mail από την booking να βαθμολογήσω….Όταν πατάω επάνω βγάζει error. The worst servise. The people are very rude. The hotel is verh...
