The host cancelled my reservation I fully paid from hotel.com without notification. We found it out when we arrived. She gave us the room from She Mykonos（ another hotel which is different from what we booked online. Aactually we should call it another ampartment in nearby busy alley with no reception/service and no key to lock the door and we waited for 1.5 hrs for someone to come to deliver the key to lock the door which made us feel stressful since we were so starving when we arrived and we needed to go out immediately but it hold us very long to get the key）which costs less and definitely smaller space and smaller bathroom that my husband could not sit at toilet and he hit at door his head when tried to get up from toilet due to that bathroom is so small, even I could not turn around in shower and shower water definitely spills all over and it located at very noisy street at night, room is kind of dusty and stuffy, so we barely slept that night when stay. It is the worst hotel I ever stayed.

Since the hotel.com was not refundable when we booked the room so I asked 30 euros credit actually it was a around 50 euros downgraded. She refused to credit us back even we did not ask all 50 euros back.

We are not happy that she did not notice us the change earlier so that we could have time to look for a hotel we like. The hotel room she gave us was not the same one we booked at all. And we booked the hotel from website it is not refundable she should find a way to refund the difference for the downgrade.

Anyway, we bad experience for AK Mykonos. The Mykonos town is too crowded and it has a lot of commercial stores that sell cheap quality stuff only to toirust. It is not worthy to stay in town if you like quite and quality staying with official reception and...
