ABOVE & BEYOND!!!

As a traveller of the world all year round the service was AMAZING and beyond anything I've encountered.

We just stayed at the Atlantis the Royal on our way here and can say BONZOE matches what I would say was a gold standard in the industry and some.

They helped with absolutely everything!!!

If you need something sorted they'll get it done to the best of their ability whether that be a car/quad to your villa, restaurant, bar or beach bookings and anything in between.

The breakfast daily is fresh and bright to your villa with private eating area and the view is to die for and a short 5-10 (depending on how fast you want to walk).

For those into training the Technogym equipment is more than enough with dumbbells that go up to 22kgs and one of the best views to train to in the world and the breakfast is healthy and tailored to your preferences.

Those that love beaches have one straight across the road with a bar if you like to drink and good music if you want tu get your dance on.

There is a convenience store literally 800m up the road if you need anything.

Every staff member has been beautiful and service beyond what we've ever received, DON'T THINK ABOUT THIS, JUST BOOK IT!!!

don't believe these beautiful photos! don't trust this hotel! this is a complete scam! in reality, the hotel is right on a noisy road overlooking electricity poles!!! we came here having pre-booked the villa directly, indicating that we need a bonzoe 1 bedroom villa, I have a correspondence with the hotel where they confirmed to me that they were booking this particular villa, after a long difficult flight with a 2 year old child, we arrived at the departure, a lady named Zoe took us to the villa, saying that she upgraded us, but in fact she took us to a 1 bedroom villa, this category is lower!!! what a boor! I was so disappointed with the hotel and upset that I wanted to leave the next day! and did not immediately show her that she deceived us. in the morning my child after swimming in the pool felt bad he vomited! no one even offered to help! they said the pool was well cleaned and instead of offering doctor help or medicine they just started making excuses! I politely asked them to leave earlier and, if possible, return to us at least part of the money for the rest of the day, but they refused me, threatened the police, accused me of wanting to get cash so much, it's kind of a nightmare! There are no words to express how wonderful the team and the villa's are. From the minute I spoke to Maria, she filled me with joy and her pleasure for helping out and making your holiday the best shine through. My thanks also to Nikos and Gregoris. Nikos the Resort Manager is just a gent. In fact, shout out to all the team especially the wonderful team that brought us the most spectacular breakfast to our villa each morning.|We were a large group so fortunate to have two of their top villas, the 3 bed and 2 bed that were connected by a small set of steps - ideal for two families who wanted space but also to connect. The 3 bed villa had a patio, terrace, bbq and hot tub. Our pool was heated but given the angle and being off season wasnt't too warm but I was OK with that. The view was just stunning and you can easliy see the famous windmills from the infinity pool. The two bed was equally stunning, if not better :-) the pool was super warm and the master bedroom beautifully set out. |The breakfast was served to us each day on our terrace - what a treat - nothing was too much for the team. |I just love this place not just because the villa's are amazing, for me, this was about the team.
