Gioras pastry cafe — Local services in Municipality of Mykonos

We came across this secret gem in Mykonos..we were looking for a place to relax while having some snacks and lucky to walk pass this hidden cafe. All their pastries are home made and served with the best coffee in town..great hospitality and service that makes you feel at home. They are the best sample of a cafe that is show casting their local produce and delicacies. Came to try their different kinds of baklava, sweets and orange cake and it brings back memories when your grandmother preparing you your favourite food and goodies...highly recommended to visit this place and you won't feel like missing out on the local...

Avoid. They put my pastry in the microwave before serving. You can even see the microwaves in the backgrounds of the pictures. They don’t even do that at Gregg’s. Re-heated pastry probably from the day before looking at other reviews now. And factory made with the plastic packaging. Had high hopes for this place after seeing YouTube videos and stuff but wow it’s just a grotty hole in the ground. Not sure they’ll have a hygiene rating either, can’t imagine it’s high if they do. Excellent gem of a bakery with delicious pastries including biscuits which are perfect and not too sweet (so I can eat multiple). Great prices too. Will be sure to visit multiple times on this trip (already have gone twice today). Also was open at almost 9pm (not sure what time they close but was hoping they would be open on my walk back...
