From the moment we arrived at Casa anna the staff were so friendly and helpful! Demetri was fantastic, he picked us up from the ferry port which was organised with the hotel and Christine on reception was great! We also used demetri for other trips across the island. Lots of recommendations given to us from them both which were great. ||The hotel itself was only a 5 min drive/10-15 min walk from ferry port and around a 7 min walk to Mykonos town. Great location but on a very windy day the pool area is very exposed so is extremely windy. The nearest supermarket is a very small one in Mykonos town. We hired a buggy to go around the island on 1 day and visit the different beaches and areas, Christine gave us lots of recommendations. ||The room we booked had a sea view of the port which was great, and the room itself was spacious with all the amenities we could need. It also had a large fridge which was great and you got a bottle of still water each day for free. The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were given which was lovely. ||Breakfast each day was great with fresh bread, pastries, cold cuts and a style of cooked egg. You could also buy drinks, snacks and lunch at the hotel if required.||Overall our stay at Casa anna was fantastic, great location and great staff we would love to return again and would highly recommend for the...

(???). Wieder hin und her, keine Einsicht, kein sorry. Vicky nachdem ICH ihr nochmal gemailt habe "Sorry about but it was not in our responsibility" -jo danke für nichts.

The Host was rudest person I have had to deal with ever in a Hotel. We were away for for 2 months traveling and this is the only place that left a sour taste in our mouths. The airport shuttle runs if and when they fancy . I was using a stick to walk, the town shuttle is not available either . The rooms are run down ( see photos) . The safe was not screwed in and when we asked about this we were told to use it anyway ( small safe easy to carry ) We said No and were yelled at about there was no point screwing it because someone could come in with drills etc and remove it anyway ! Really no point talking to this woman . It says most rooms have self catering ( ours did not) We had a filthy Kettle. ( I assume this the coffee and tea maker!) There is a green light over the door that we had to cover with a towel at night . No housekeeping . I booked a room based on the photos and when I got there got a dreadful room off the car park . No view . No curtains to stop people looking in - Just shutters . I travel a lot and am usually happy with the places I book . This was truly the worst and very costly for what you get . If you are not a good walker beware its the last house on a steep hill . They will offer you a half price car rental which really costs more than a fully paid rental with...

We recently stayed at Casa Anna Suites in Mykonos for 4 days, and it was an unforgettable experience. The Aegean Sea View Suite was absolutely gorgeous – the views were breathtaking, and the room itself had such a cozy, comfortable vibe. It was spotless, quiet, and smelled amazing. All the little details, like the beautifully scented hand creams and shower gels, made it feel really special. The pool was spectacular, and the hotel’s location is great – just a 15-20 minute walk to town, so it’s close enough to enjoy the center but still peaceful when you want to relax. One of the highlights for us was Scooby, the hotel’s adorable dog, who brought so much charm to the place. Christine, who looked after us, was fantastic, super helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Honestly, our 4-day stay was such a great experience, and we’re so glad we booked with them. Totally worth it!

The hotel is clean, modern with a small but relaxing swimming pool. I stayed at the city view suite, the size was very decent but I wish we could have a terrace like other rooms 😅. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was 10 mins+ walk from the old port and city centre but it was a slope up to the hotel so please take note if you’re carrying big suitcases. Also suggest you to book transit from and to the airport or port in advance. It’s also relatively silent and relaxing compared to other hotels right at the city centre where there were bars and clubs and activities every night.

The hotel was a cute little boutique hotel. I stayed in the sea view room and it was such a gorgeous room. Very pretty hotel and good value. The hosts were lovely, friendly and very welcoming. And the pool area is very peaceful. My only regret is that I didnt stay longer. I loved it here for the short time I was there.
