Mykonos Shore Excursions — Local services in Municipality of Mykonos

How it started- If I could leave 0 stars that would be more appropriate!! First off, I got a text around 12am to say they were changing my excursion (i was sleeping, of course preparing for my "dream" trip). When I woke up and replied they told me they were leaving 15 minutes earlier than planned and sent me a picture of the "driver" who was to pick us up. We waited and called and waited and called for 41 minutes at the meet spot. Then someone sent a Google map location for us to WALK 9 minutes and Jude never apologized and also complained about their own driver. When he finally arrived to pick up two people, he was on a MOTORCYCLE! My friend is DISABLED which is WHY WE DIDN'T BOOK A WALKING TOUR. when we finally got on the boat... the staff acted cold as if it was our fault they had to wait 51 minutes and return to the dock for us. When I asked how I could be compensated, i was told no refund. This is the SECOND booking I tried with shipmate and the first, in Panama was only slightly better. On that trip, I got a refund that morning while getting dressed... canceled with NO EXPLANATION. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE A THIRD CHANCE TO RUIN MY VACATION! The attached video shows what we had to walk thru to get to a "cruise" ROCKS AND DIRT!! Plus a shot of our driver passing on his motorbike. The staff on txt and phone was completely unprofessional... kept telling me that he "told me" ....LIES!! When i got on the boat, then i got an apology and asked if i wanted to call the office. How it ended... had a beautiful day on the water and the boat staff was awesome and helped me calm down. I would book them again but DIRECTLY only. They had tasty snacks, drinks and alcohol.
