Paradise View Hotel — Hotel in Municipality of Mykonos

George and his team were fantastic throughout my stay with some friends. I have stayed in several hotels around the world and can confidently say the service we received at this hotel was up there with some 5 start hotels. In general I will comment on the following during my stay:

Arrival - We were picked up from the airport by the hotel shuttle having notified them prior to our arrival. The shuttle was ready and waiting for us right outside the airport. The driver gave us a warm welcome and helped load our luggage into the car. The journey from the airport to the hotel was about 10mins.

Check-in - George the owner introduced himself and his team. The process was quick and smooth. We were presented with a map and some information about local amenities.

Room - I stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony and chairs. There was a minifridge, safe TV, WIFI. The shower room was adequate and well stocked with toiletries. There were two sun loungers directly outside, facing the direction of the beach with brilliant views.

Breakfast - Breakfast was fantastic! A lot of varieties including hot and cold options. You can chose to dine in the breakfast hall or alfresco, outside.

Restaurant - My understanding is that this is one of the only places where you can get decent food in the area. The menu is great but I think it could be expanded.

Location - The location is perfect for the beach and within walking distance 8-15 minutes of 3 beach clubs including Paradise beach, Tropicana and super paradise beach. Tropicana and Paradise are next to each other so you can go back and forth between both clubs. The beach clubs is 4-11pm and 6am-2am. There is also a supermarket down the road about 5 minutes walk. Also there is a shuttle bus into Mykonos town outside the hotel for those who do not want to use a taxi.

Checkout - Very smooth process and nothing was a hassle for the receptionists.

We left in hurry having partied hard the previous night and forgot a friend's phone. George found the phone and brought it to us at the airport which was very kind. For me, you cannot beat this kind of service for the price. This is now my default hotel anytime i'm visiting Mykonos and will definitely recommend to anybody looking for a hotel with a fantastic service. Keep up the good work George and the rest...

Room I stayed in a beautifully appointed room that was both comfortable and pristine. The housekeeping team maintained an impeccable standard, ensuring the room was cleaned promptly each day. Additionally, the room was blissfully noise-free, providing a peaceful sanctuary after a day of exploring.

Facilities Hotel Paradise View boasts an array of top-notch facilities. The highlight for me was the stunning location, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the vibrant life of Mykonos. The hotel’s amenities, including the pool and other common areas, were well-maintained and added to the overall luxurious experience.

Service The service at Hotel Paradise View was truly world-class. Mr. George, the attentive owner, goes above and beyond to ensure every guest's comfort. His attention to detail is commendable and significantly enhanced my stay. Sam, the barman, deserves a special mention for being the best in Mykonos, crafting exceptional drinks with a friendly demeanor.

Food and Beverage The culinary offerings at the hotel were outstanding. Every meal, from breakfast to dinner, was a culinary delight. The variety, quality, and presentation of the food were consistently impressive, making dining a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Overall Experience My stay at Hotel Paradise View was marked by numerous highlights. The professionalism of the staff, the incredible food, the serene and clean environment, and the exceptional service made it an unforgettable experience. The location itself is unbelievable, offering a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility.

Where do I start?! This stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel is so cosy feeling, it has a real family feel. The rooms and facilities are all spotlessly cleaned every day, the beds comfortable, the entire environment completely relaxing. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful, the restaurant serves a good selection of lovely food too. The location is ideal for getting to a few beaches by foot (albeit up/down a bit of a steep hill, so not accessible by wheelchair if one is less able to navigate an incline). There's a lovely coastal walk from Paradise beach (the closest beach) to Paraga beach. Regular buses serve other beaches (check out Ornos!) and the town (€2 each way May 2024). Having said all that, the best thing about Paradise View Hotel are the people. Owner George is wonderful - always around with a smile and friendly conversation, his welcome talk with personalised maps and advice was such a thoughtful touch. Whenever we needed anything he was happy to help - even lent us Euros for our first bus journey into town as we had arrived with only cards! Maria and Ana on the front desk are simply wonderful, so knowledgeable and helpful, lovely to be greeted by their smiling faces every day! Sam who runs the bar is absolutely lovely too ☺️ We never caught the name of the driver of the shuttle but again, a wonderful man, friendly and chatty on our journeys, wouldn't let me carry my own suitcase! 🤣 All the other staff who help with breakfast, cleaning, etc are all great too. My wife and I really had to fight the urge to extend our stay!||Thank you George and team for such a lovely stay, we hope to return...
