I am extremely upset with my recent experience at Kalua Beach Bar. The staff scammed us by forcing us to pay a bill from another group, falsely claiming that one of us had approved it. When we requested video evidence, the manager refused, despite the bar being full of cameras, and only presented a brief video of a different waiter talking with someone from another table—there was no video evidence showing anyone from our table approving this payment.

Although one of the managers (whose name began with A) attempted to speak calmly to reach a diplomatic solution, it was overshadowed by the abusive behavior of the staff. When we tried to resolve the situation, they threatened us and forced us to pay not only for what we ordered but also for what the other table had consumed. Additionally, we were coerced, almost under threat, to leave a large tip (which is not mandatory in Greece), despite our objections due to the extra cost charged to us.

A group of waiters treated us horribly, yelling and behaving aggressively, shouting, making jokes, and laughing in their local language while pointing at me and my group of friends.

Final result: My friend's stag party was ruined. We were threatened by a group of waiters and security personnel, forced to pay much more for something we hadn't consumed, coerced into leaving a large tip, and mocked in Greek without being able to respond.

Avoid this place at all costs if you don't want to be scammed...
