We stayed in a private pool suite and paid cash for our stay. Unfortunately, on the last day, we encountered an issue with the manager, who accused my friend—an extremely meticulous person—of underpaying. She showed us a video in which she mistakenly counted two 50 notes as 100, leading her to claim she received less money. Initially, I almost believed her, but knowing my friend's precision, I had serious doubts.
This incident was particularly concerning as it was the second time she accused us of underpaying. First, she claimed we had only paid for 5 days, despite my friend having an invoice showing payment for 9 days, I was also present on the payment day and gave it the cash myself and she also repeteadly asked for an invoice document they didn’t want to provide and she also insisted on the document being stamped at least. After repeatedly insisting, she finally found the payment on her computer by scrolling down the document she had, the manager at reception whom was only present during our last day. When the second accusation occurred, it became clear that either her intentions were questionable or she was not very accurate in her record-keeping.
What made the situation worse was her lack of effort to show any regret for the misunderstanding. On the contrary, she remained unfriendly and offensive towards us, despite us spending a significant amount—around 5,000 Euros—on room service and at the hotel restaurant.
Aside from this issue, our experience with the rest of the staff was excellent. The restaurant waiters and the reception personnel were exceptional. However, the cleaning service was somewhat lacking, and we expected better in this regard. The room was never really properly cleaned. We were happy with the shuttle to the city which we used exactly 2 times during our stay.

Warning: With this update, I am lowering the hotel's rating due to a third instance of extreme disrespect I faced during my departure in the morning.
At around 8:00 a.m., I called the front desk to request assistance with my luggage and to arrange the airport shuttle that had been promised when I made the reservation. Everything seemed fine, though I woke up with the unfortunate feeling of having to leave the hotel under these circumstances. I waited calmly outside for the shuttle, but then one of the staff members approached me.
When I asked about the shuttle, the employee informed me that the cleaning staff had found a man sleeping in our room. I immediately responded that this wasn’t true, explaining that my friend was still asleep in the room while I was heading to the airport. The employee insisted three times that there was indeed a man in the room, stating that the cleaning lady had seen him herself. Because of this, they told me I would not be allowed to take the shuttle to the airport. Can you believe it? The nerve!
By the third time this employee insisted, I became upset because, until that point, there had only ever been two women in the room. Then, another staff member approached me, and as she came closer, she said she was going "to teach me some manners." This was outrageous, especially considering that I had remained respectful throughout the entire ordeal and hadn't even raised my voice.
There was never a man in the room, the housekeeping lady went to the wrong room and he has the nerve to insist there is a man besides me denying it.

I don’t even know where to begin — our stay at San Antonio Summerland was beyond incredible. What started as a trip to explore Mykonos quickly turned into us spending more time at the hotel simply because we loved it so much. The service was outstanding in every way.
From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. Vasilis at the front desk went above and beyond to help me track down my lost luggage and made sure our airport rides were perfectly arranged. Everyone at the front desk was so kind and helpful — it truly set the tone for our stay.
The pool staff — Vasilis, Anastasios, Aggelos, Constantinos, Mikel, and Yannis — were hands down the best team I’ve ever experienced on any vacation. Their energy, kindness, and attention to detail made every day feel like a celebration. The bartender Anastasios — not only was he a master behind the bar (seriously, the best cocktails we’ve ever had!) — he was also incredibly friendly, helpful, and just a joy to be around. He and the rest of the pool staff made every visit to the bar a highlight. Those boys deserve a raise!! We can’t thank them enough for everything.
When I missed my flight, the hotel took care of me for an extra day — and honestly, I was glad to have more time there. That’s how amazing this place is.
