Terrible experience. We booked the suites of the hotel that are promoted on a different website but we ended up on the top floor of the deep blue hotel at Agios Prokopios!!! Let’s start…

the suites are tiny rooms that are not matching the photos online! Clearly no suites size room. the balcony is just above the kitchen of their restaurant so the whole day the frying-pan-smells come all the way up to your room. the windows and the balcony door have no mosquito net so our night were not easy. the street is full of pubs and restaurants so there is hardly ever a quiet time! the hotel reception or any person of the hotel is not willing to help us they say that there is different personnel dealing with the suites!! The guy who runs them is hardly ever at the location so good luck finding him. We asked for an iron and they brought one 1,5 later. They did not change the bed sheet for the 6 days that we were there as they only tied up the room!!!!!!!! The cleaner was coming every other day! This is not clearly a suite service! And above all we booked the suite because they claimed ‘private beach’ which actually we had to pay 40 euros if we had to use as it was not private. When we confronted the guy running the suites he said he was not aware. Luckily we had a print screen if the website...

One of our best finds in Naxos!! Located right on Agios Prokopios Beach nothing can beat this location. You will literally walk to the beach in 2 minutes and see the sea from your room and balcony. The rooms are a little basic, but it's a total steal for the price. Service definitely can be improved though. We never found anyone at the reception whenever we came in to look or even during check in and check out. Housekeeping and room service can definitely be improved, our room was not cleaned on one of the days we were there. They also have a restaurant downstairs which has deck chairs on the beach, we didn't try the food there though. Really clean room right next to the beach. The staff was friendly and everything with them went well. We stayed four nights in this accommodation and the reason for the three stars is the bed in the room. The bed creaked a lot and the staff went to tighten the frame, but even then the bed made a noise when turning. For a light sleeper, this is quite annoying.
