We stayed there on our islands' trip for 4 days and we could not be more satisfied with their service.
The rooms are exceptionally clean and cozy. They are modernly designed and offer you a variety of practical things. On the balcony, there is a hanger for clothes when you come from the beach, there is a small kitchenette equipped with kitchenware and a small stove to even cook your own meals in. The beds are comfortable. Their service is excellent. From housecleaning personell to the receptionist and their chef lady is the friendliest you will meet. They suggested a tour of the island when we checked in and in the upcoming days when we went on a trip it was exactly as they described it.
They prepare a-la-carte breakfast that was very delicious, they even gave us some sweet snacks we could take away to the beach.
Suggestion (our opinion): the breakfast might be better served in a buffet style, where you take the amount of food that you desire, beacuse the amount they served us was ample sized and not everyone can eat that kind of amount of food.
In short: best you will find in...
Read moreThe beds are great for a good night sleep. The rooms are cleaned well everyday. They have Netflix and a small kitchen. The girl who checked us in was very nice but told us we could not use the sister pool. ( I was told on the phone we could) We would have to park at the sister hotel but we didn't get a car. Breakfast was the same everyday and got very boring and dull after 2 days. The staff don't seem happy and that makes for a cold environment. We really liked our room and being able to sit on the balcony with a glass of wine and watch people at the restaurant across the street. I would recommend it for those staying one or two nights and really want a nice bed to sleep on. I would come back if they made some changes like one free pool pass or even a surcharge for the pool. Breakfast changes like an egg order and toast. more staff to help out at breakfast so people are not waiting outside when staff are late. |Better customer...
Read moreThis is our 3rd time staying at one of the Korali hotels in Naxos, however our first time at Korali Palace. We had an exceptional time here! Upon entry into our room, we were greeted with bottled water in the refrigerator and our favorite Greek dessert! The owners also left small gifts for the children on their bunk beds. Hospitality can’t get any better than this! The kids were so thrilled! We also loved the fact that our suite had a washer machine in it. We didn’t use it but it just makes it that much more accommodating. The hotel has a prime location, walking distance to St. George beach, bakeries, creperies, restaurants, convenient stores, grocery stores, and downtown. We only got a taxi driver to get to Agios Prokopios beach. We also want to thank the owners Stelios & Eirini for taking such great care of us and always finding a way to fit us in last minute. Traveling to Naxos was stress free with their...
