Naxos Sandastic — Hotel in Municipality of Naxos and the Lesser Cyclades

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!! Hotel will take your booking and then cancel it months later saying "Sorry we are overbooked" - no assistance with offering alternative. I am a travel agent and this has happened to me twice with 2 different clients. Both in peak season. AMENDMENT/RESPONSE: I book hundreds of hotels for my clients every month (travel agent of 30years). The reason I only have 2 reviews is I only write a review when I feel it is 100% warranted. As I said, this wasn't a one off - it happened to me twice for 2 separate clients - you just didn't realise I was the same travel agency. To suddenly realise you have "overbooked" your hotel 3 months after a booking is made?.....this is just an outright lie. Perhaps you could sell the room for more than what we paid? Fabulous little hotel two steps from the beach. Completely refurbished with supercomfy beds and tasteful interior. I travelled with my teenager and he slept like a baby in the extra bed.
