Casa Bianca Santorini — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

Location: 4.5 stars close enough to the main town Fira (where you can get to everywhere) but far enough to be quiet.. also very close to bus stop -we got the cheaper rooms with no view but if the better rooms has views that's made it full 5 stars..I just can't vouch for it

Service: 4 stars Front desk/manager was very friendly and helpful. Staffs are courteous but manager sometimes goes out of office for extended period of time leaving us stuck with no breakfast sheet for the next day knowing that by the time we come back the office is closed.. so kinda wasted time there

Accodation/facilities: 3 stars swimming pool is only cleaned once a day in the morning.. only the first few hours are usable, other times you will be swimming with clearly seen drowned bugs and whatnot -not sure about the rooms that cost more but the no-view rooms that we had had extremely small shower area/toilet.. not recommended for people who are a bit chubbier like myself.. even my wife whose very fit complains about the shower but I find the toilet very narrow as well u only get shampoo/body wash for the first 2 days.. after that they don't auto replenish automatically when they clean your room, you just hv to ask and additional ones are free which is kinda...

My wife and I have spent 5 days at the apartments. This is amazing place and Maria (the administrator) was like an old friend or a relative. Pros: The apartment has a great design. The white buildings with white interior of the room are amazing. The flowers and grape leaves are very romantic. Maria is so helpful and friendly! She helped us with finding nice restaurants and cafes as well as with tips for traveling between the villages. Also, she helped us with reordering our booking in the best way to save money and organized transfer from the port at the late night as well as back when we were leaving. There is a small pool in the yard that is a nice feature. I was very enjoying of swimming there at evening before going to bed. The breakfast is served just personally to your room. The apartment is in very quiet place and has nice location with view to caldera from the roof. Cons: The bathroom is rather small and the curtain is not closing the bath. The breakfast variety is not large although it was enough for the morning and considering it is served specially for you at the time you ask :) Summary: This is amazing place to spend your romantic holidays and Maria is the best...

We booked this lovely little hotel as we were guests at a wedding nearby . On booking we could see we had the last available room .|We had a standard room which was a generous size and included a fridge and kettle a well equipped bathroom and plenty of plug points . The room was lovely and light and tastefully furnished. Each room has its own terrace .Ours faced the reception which was covered in bougavillia .The pool was a few feet away .|Breakfast was lovely and served at a timeslot of your choice on your terrace . The service was excellent and the girl who served us could not have done more for us |The hotel organised taxis for customers which were at a reasonable rate .|Had we booked earlier we probably would have chosen a room on the first floor as these were bigger and offered better views but we were very happy with our room .|The hotel is very near everywhere including the best views for sunsets and the bus stop to nearby Fira .|We would absolutely recommend this lovely little jem...
