😊: I recently had the pleasure of staying at Katsinaros House in Santorini, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences of my life. The house is owned by Manos' mother, and it is absolutely stunning. It is located in a quiet village called Emporio, which is a short drive from the popular tourist destinations of Perissa and Perivolos. The house is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, and the views of the Aegean Sea are simply breathtaking.

Manos is an incredible host. He is so kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the island. He took the time to offer us recommendations about the village and restaurants, and things to do. He also made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

The house itself is beautifully decorated and very spacious. It has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful terrace with stunning views of the sea. The house has all the amenities you could need, including fast Wi-Fi.

I would highly recommend Katsinaros House to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation in Santorini. The house is beautiful, the host is incredible, and the location is perfect. I can't wait to go back!

would also like to mention that Manos never once asked me to write a review. He is truly a gracious host who is more interested in providing a memorable experience for his guests than in getting positive reviews.

I simply loved Flora’s House and would definitely come back. The house is very clean, comfortable and well-equipped. I would even say that the cleanness of the house is above average.

We used the kitchen to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner, which allowed us to save some money. The kitchen has a variety of utensils and everything worked perfectly (we had a small issue with the stove but Flora quickly found a solution for it).

If you don’t want to cook, no worries. There’s a bakery around the corner and options of very good restaurants (I would recommend to check Kantouri and Brusco) within a walking distance.

In regards to the location, I think it was the best choice for us. Pyrgos is very central located and there’s a bus stop 5-min walking distance from the house, besides a Car Rental place which made very easy for us to move around the island.

We experienced very bad weather during our stay in Santorini and having TV with Netflix saved us during the rainy days. We truly enjoyed staying at home.

Finally, the best of Flora’s house was how helpful and welcoming Flora and her husband were. We arrived feeling very hungry after an early morning flight and besides recommending a place to have breakfast, she shared with us some treats that her daughter had bought at the bakery. She also helped us getting a transfer to the port, and allowed us to have a later checkout since there were no guests coming in the same day (and the weather was still terrible).

Our second visit to Pyrgos and Floras House did not disappoint. We stayed in the winery suite which was absolutely delightful - even better than the photos - offering a truly unique experience - made all the better by our host John - who cared for our every need whilst we were there. John was so helpful …arranging delivery of our quad and making restaurant reservations, sharing his wealth of knowledge and his wonderful life stories - he was absolutely charming. |The location of Floras House is very central and the suites are located around a beautiful cobbled courtyard which is accessed by an electronic gate - so wonderfully private and peaceful. We enjoyed a beautiful meal at Metaximas - location service and food all amazing - a real must if in Pyrgos - John also recommended Francos bar which served beautiful cocktails whilst watching the sunset. The Lighthouse is also worth a visit to watch the sunset but get there early as parking can be difficult! Our favourite beach bar was Sonny’s - he looked after us like royalty and never stops smiling! Thank you John for your kindness and a truly unforgettable experience …. We will be...
