Breakfast was served at Balance All Natural – a sublime culinary place on the corner. The staff at Balance consistently welcomed us with warm smiles, and their hospitality was not just friendly; it was genuinely heartwarming. Their recommendations, such as where to rent a quad bike, proved invaluable. Mentioning that we were guests at Kasteli not only earned us their respect but also a generous €20 discount, an unexpected surprise that made our explorations even more special.

The quad bike adventures turned out to be the best way to immerse ourselves in the beauty of Santorini, and it was all thanks to the guidance from Kasteli's staff.

And let's not forget the breathtaking sunrises! With the beach just a few minutes away, we had the privilege of witnessing the most awe-inspiring sunrises every morning before breakfast. The views were nothing short of enchanting, painting the sky with hues of pink, orange, and gold, setting the perfect tone for each day.

We came as a couple for a 5-nights at the season's end. Found this place online and since it was very affordable while still looking very pretty and had both great reviews and was in great location, we took the deal... and it was such a great time!

La localización esta genial, cerca de la playa, de los restaurantes y de las reservas de coches o motos.

Las instalaciones del lugar son perfectas, habitaciones espaciosas, tranquilas con terracita y patio. Hay televisión, aire acondicionado, buena iluminación, caja fuerte y un baño estupendo.

Los desayunos diferentes y variados cada día de gran calidad. Y si te quedas con ganas te hacen lo que quieras y cuanto quieras.

Lo mejor de toda la estancia es el trato recibido por parte de los propietarios y la recepcionista Helen. Te ayudan en todo y te hacen sentir como en casa. No exagero, si pudiera dar 6 estrellas las daría ya que perdí las llaves un día de fiesta y pasé un mal rato. Pues bueno, no me hicieron pagar nada y además me dejaron dormir más tiempo sin siquiera pedirlo. Además me dieron de comer fuera del horario del desayuno y me dejaron ducharme horas después del checkout y me pidieron un taxi para ir al aeropuerto. Todo esto sin yo pedirlo.

Si algún día vuelvo a Santorini volveré a Kasteli, mientras tanto recomiendo a cualquier interesado en ir que no dude en alojarse aquí!!! Mis vacaciones fueron maravillosas gracias en gran parte a este lugar y la gente que trabaja en el mismo.

The location is outstanding, situated near the beach, restaurants, and both car and motorcycle rental services.

The accommodations are excellent, featuring spacious, quiet rooms with a small terrace and patio. Amenities include a TV, air conditioning, ample lighting, a safe, and a superior bathroom.

The breakfast offered daily is diverse and of exceptional quality. They are willing to prepare whatever you desire in any quantity requested.

The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the owners and the receptionist, Helen. Their support and hospitality truly made us feel at home. I cannot overstate their kindness; had it been possible to award six stars, I would not hesitate. For instance, when I lost my keys during the holiday and faced difficulties, they charged me nothing, allowed for a late check-out without prompt, provided meals beyond breakfast hours, permitted a shower long after checking out, and even arranged a taxi to the airport, all without my request.
