We ate here last night, so the restaurant was very busy. This meant that we waited quite a while for our food, but we like to take our time, so it was ok. We were seated quickly and offered drinks whilst we looked at the menu. The prices are higher than other places we've eaten at, and the menu has some more unusual dishes on it, as well as the standard moussaka, etc. The atmosphere and look of the place are lovely and inviting. There's no decking on the beach side, so the chairs are difficult to move as they sink into the sand. We had the smyrna beef cheeks and the stuffed calamari, and then yoghurt with walnuts and honey. The beef was beautifully cooked and so soft, the aubergine puree was lovely, too, and the sauce was very rich, but together, it lacked a bit of texture, as it was all very soft. I think something with a firmer bite would have gone well with it and added another dimension. The calamari was divine. Cooked well and tasted great, and the stuffing was very nice. The yoghurt was tasty, not at all sharp, and it went well with the walnuts and honey. Normally, everywhere we've eaten, we have found the portion sizes to be massive, but here, the portion sizes were smaller, although still enough. The waiters were nice enough, but busy. Our waiter apologised several times for the long wait, but they weren't overly attentive in general due to being rushed off their feet. We would return, and we'd recommend it to others, but personally, we wouldn't have the beef again (as the dish stands atm). Edited to add: We ate here again when it was slightly less busy. The food once again was lovely. We had the chicken kleftiko and the soulvaki feast . The chicken dish was very tasty and well cooked and presented with plenty of moist, soft chicken. The soulvaki feast was well cooked, and the pita bread was soft and fresh. Out of the 3 meats, my husband liked the chicken best. He found part of one of the others a little fatty, but the flavours were good, and that can happen with lamb. The service was really good and attentive, and the wait staff had time to breathe, which was nice. We ate here again for our last lunch and had a mezze. The waiter remembered us, and our drinks, which is always nice. We had a mix of bread (divine), trio of dips (very tasty), aubergine ntomatini, and the feta in filo and honey, which was the best we've had on this island. The way the present their food is also really good, and looks lovely, adding to the overall experience. The toilets were also very clean and nice. We'd definitely recommend eating here.

A great establishment. If you’re there for Perissa beach- I highly recommend coming to the restaurant and asking for a sun lounger. They are free for the whole day if you buy lunch in the restaurant. The sun beds are super comfortable and in a great part of the beach. Restaurant wise- IT IS WORTH IT. The prices aren’t too much, for what you’re getting, and the food is absolutely delicious. Me and my friend shared some leaf wrapped rice and separately had the Moussaka and Stuffed Calamari. My friend said the Calamari was the best she’s ever tasted. And the Moussaka was absolutely delicious! The only fault I could find was that my own stomach wasn’t big enough to eat it all. The service was very good and staff are really friendly. You can also get drinks and snacks while on the sun beds throughout the day (tend to pay for these when you pay for your restaurant food). But seriously, the quality of the food and service was outstanding. I highly recommend a visit here.

We loved our dinner at Ntomatini so much that we came back again to use their daybeds. Both dinner and day were stellar experiences at this restaurant. Not only was the food fresh and delicious, the staff was super kind, welcoming, and warm. In particular, Kleomenhs (the head) was extremely fun to talk to! We loved the indoor and outdoor ambience, especially being able to put our toes in the sand. Indoors, the art and architecture were lovely; we particularly loved the photos of Kleomenhs’ family (as it is a family restaurant!). Extra plus was the daybeds, which were larger than other daybeds we had been in. We would 1000% come back here over any other restaurant on the Perissa beach strip. Thank you Kleomenhs & team for an amazing experience!!

Incredible restaurant!

I've been coming to Ntomatini for over 15 years, and it’s always been one of my favorite places in Santorini if not my favourite! From the start, the team has made me feel like family, always warm, welcoming, and kind.

The food is just incredible. Traditional Greek dishes that are full of flavor, but also with a bit of an elevated twist. Perfect for lunch or dinner! You can taste the quality and the care in every bite. Everything is always fresh, delicious, and made with love.

The ingredients are top quality, and every dish on the menu is mouthwatering!

Over the years, I’ve never had a bad meal here. The flavors are always spot on, and the food just keeps getting better.

The staff go above and beyond every time. They’re attentive, friendly, and really care about making sure you have a great experience.

Ntomatini isn’t just a restaurant, it’s a place that feels like home (but with better food). Can’t recommend it...
