Boem Santorini Cocktail Bar — Restaurant in Municipality of Thira

We came in here to grab some take-away. After almost a week of staying in Perissa, Boem remained on our bucketlist but didn't get to check it out until our last day.

The staff was very friendly, we had a lovely conversation with the waiter. Also the atmosphere was really great and I love the interior.

I ordered a beef burger without cheese. Unfortunately when I got back to the hotel, I noticed they did put a generous amount of cheese on it. If you love cheese, this is your thing! However for me, this was a turn off. I managed to scrape most of it off, but I was a bit sad by this find. The burger patty itself was cooked very nicely, just how I like it! It also had a bit of spice in it, which I personally like, but might take people with a low tolerance by surprise. The bun was quite thick, but the flavor was good - I ended up only eating the top side as this provided enough bread for me. I did find the burger to have loads of pepper on it and kind of dominated the other flavors that the burger offered.

Overall, the menu of this place looks very interesting and I'd love to try it out once again so they can prove me wrong and I can update my review.

Other notes: Price-wise, I'd say they're above average. I'd love to see more vegetarian options on the menu.

This gem in firon-perissas Santorini is well and truly worth a visit. The burgers my wife, friends and I ordered were all amazing in portion, taste and presentation. One of the few places on Santorini that do potato fries properly with an excellent dipping sauce. The cocktails were all great quality and the overall cost was very affordable. The venue was clean and well presented on both the occasions I and my group visited. Above all else the staff at BOEM are amazing! They are all very polite, helpful and friendly. Absolutely loved our experience at Cocktail Bar BOEM in Perissa Santorini!
