Linea Luxury Suites — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

Such friendly staff and they were very responsive with our requests, even after hours. Smooth self check-in process without any fuss and the room was very clean and tidy. They left us a complimentary bottle of wine to enjoy for our stay. The jacuzzi was so much fun and when I asked if there was any way to turn off the jacuzzi at night as the self cleaning noise was continuously splashing water and disturbing our sleep, they guided me on how to turn it off at the electrical switch. The staff were very accommodating for us to leave our luggage in their garage for 8 hours after we checked out due to our ferry to Athens being cancelled due to bad weather. They went out of their way to send their staff member to meet us at a time we requested to obtain our luggage and even waited for us as we were wrapping up dinner. I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share some concerns I had during my visit:

The shower only had cold water at night, which was very uncomfortable. It seemed that the hot water might be on a timer, but there was no prior notice about this.

There was no towel replacement during my stay, and when I ask about it, my message was ignored. However, I noticed that my check-out message received an immediate response, which felt quite inconsistent. If they don’t exchange towels, they should just explain that. Why ignoring

The temperature of the jacuzzi was too low, with a maximum of only 33°C, which made it too cold to enjoy.
