MAEVA Suites Santorini — Hotel in Municipality of Thira

Our vacation in Maeva suites Santorini was one of a kind, special in every single way. From the day of the arrival to the last day (14 days weren't enough). We were welcomed by the incredible smell of levanders, thyme and other herbs. Christos and his lovely wife Maria Eleni were super attentive and friendly, sharing the best gems.Thank to them we aet in the best tavernas where the locals eat, we found a hidden, very private beach with super nice service and free sunbeds and umbrellas, where we were usually the only one swimming in the sea, went on an amazing sunset katamaran trip, and visited places we had no clue existed (we are well experienced travellers). Spotlessly clean rooms with daily cleaning service, such an incredible view of the Aegan sea and the vulcano, protected by an owl, which is a part of this peaceful place. If we wanted to be part of the crowd, we were. If we wanted to have privacy, we had. Santorini is all that. Thank you, Christos and Maria Eleni, for making our vacation much better than we could ever imagine. Beyond all our expectations. We stayed at Maeva Suites for two nights just before our friends and family arrived for our wedding in Santorini, and my goodness, this place is an absolute dream.

We booked the Exclusive Suite with Sea View & Private Outdoor Hot Tub, and it was everything we hoped for and more. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and the balcony with those breathtaking views made it feel like our own private sanctuary. Waking up to watch the sunrise from bed, with nothing but peace and quiet around us, was pure magic.

It was the perfect place to unwind before the wedding, serene, stylish, and incredibly relaxing. You will likely need to a car to get around as it is quite isolated.

A special thank you to Marialena, who was absolutely wonderful. She was always just a message away and shared some fantastic recommendations for places to visit and things to do during our stay. Her warmth and attentiveness really added to the experience.

Nice and clean rooms. It is a very quiet area, suitable for relaxation but…..||The location of the accommodation is not in Pyrgos as stated, but in the middle of nowhere. You definitely need to hire a car to get to a bakery, to a grocery store, or to the beach and the sightseeing, since there is no bus stop nearby. ||I’ve stayed there in June for one night. All went well.||But my last attempt to book a room was not very successful. This happened because I booked the room through “booking” platform, since it was at a lower price compared to the price I got from contacting directly with Maeva host. ||The Maeva host rejected my credit card twice and when I tried to pay with another card it was rejected again at the next second.||After contacting the banks, my cards had sufficient funds, and they assured me that the hotel never tried to charge me.
