Oniro Luxury Suites in PargaTown — Hotel in Parga Municipality

If you are looking for the perfect apartment for two with the best possible view of the amazing parga picturesque harbour, then book one of the sea view Oniro luxury suits. I stayed there with my husband for a week in March, which was just before the season started as it was his 60th birthday and it is a week that will alway stay with me. I am sure the vibe is totally different in the height of summer, as the apartment is situated over "Oscar pizza" and on the waterfront that is packed with restaurants and bars. But there is a lot to said for visiting it off season as it was like being on the set of a rehearsal for a great production. Everywhere the locals were painting and fixing and preparing for the season. The restaurants were full of locals chatting and children running around. There were just enough craft shops and eateries open to make it interesting and some wonderful supermarkets and the apartment has the best hob I have every experienced so I made many a home cooked meal on it, with fresh veg from the market and meat and fish from the butcher and fishmonger. There was even fresh fish to buy from a lovely fisherman on the pier. Parga is dotted with little orthodox churches and we had a wonderful walk through lemon groves to a little church on one of the surrounding hills. It has some fabulous beaches that I enjoyed swimming in and not a sunbed or umbrella in sight, and then the best part was returning to our lovely apartment with its super-comfortable bed and and the glorious spacious shower with constant hot water and sipping my Irish Lyons tea out on the balcony watching the world go by. Efi is the perfect hostess and was so responsive to every request. The only thing I would say is to be aware that there is a very steep set of stairs to the apartment and no lift, but if this old 66 year unfit woman could make it up the stairs then I am sure the rest of you will be grand. Oniro is a small hotel with 4 rooms but very nice renovated. The host has thought of absolutely everything, and the attention to detail is surprising. The location exceeds expectations; you have a view of the port, the fortress and all the rocks in the bay. In the evening, you can sit on the balcony and admire the hustle and bustle of the street, or go down to one of the taverns...which are practically below you. We ate very good and varied fish on the green terrace, which also has tables upstairs, just to the left as you look from the balcony. Also, the terrace under the balcony, Oskar, is highly appreciated for pizza, pasta and salads. In any case, the people are extremely nice, the port from where you leave with small boats to the beaches, river, blue cave, etc. is 100m away, the shopping streets is behind the hotel 10m away... the dream view, the host more than accommodating. ..I don't see what else...

Excellent Stay with Stunning Views and Exceptional Service! From the moment I arrived in Parga, I felt truly welcomed. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the view from the room was absolutely breathtaking — one of the best I’ve experienced!
