We had a wonderful experience at Caravel Bistro, and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing service from waiter Nikos. Despite the intense Greek summer heat, he worked with incredible energy, speed, and always with a bright smile. He’s not just a great waiter, he’s the kind of person who lifts your mood and makes you feel genuinely welcome.
Honestly, Nikos is the reason this was the only restaurant we kept coming back to almost every morning for breakfast. The food is delicious, but the service, from Nikos, made everything taste even better. He brought so much positive energy that it set the tone for the rest of our day.
To the management: you better give Nikos the salary he deserves so no other place steals him away! He’s a true asset to your team.

Selected a table in the shade, mid-way through my meal the parasol is wound down around me and I mean literally around me and then I'm left in the blistering sun to finish my meal......Further to this, the owner witnessed this, I complained and he was dismissive. Then the waiter offered to deduct a beer from the bill and then refused - It gets better! The female "street hawker with a lip filler" tramples over me and glares at me as if it was my fault.

The guy next to me complained and got off of his table while I didn’t know what was actually happening.
