Our stay here was disappointing. They have a drain fly problem, and are aware of it as they have an electric bug zapper in the room. We had left it on one night, and kept being woken up by electric zaps all night. Other than the bug issue, the fridge turns off during the day so you cannot store anything in it. Update 1: yes the blue light may attract insects, but the insects were already in the home, regardless of if the electric zapper was meant to be used outside. Would like to see the host put some bleach down the drain or take some proactive steps to manage the drain fly problem.

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay at Livadia Seaside Studios! The four of us had plenty of room for our week long stay. Harry and his team cleaned the studio and changed the linens halfway through our stay as well - it was a nice touch! The location is great. It is quiet, and near the water! It’s a short walk to one of the island’s many beaches. The location is also near shops, restaurants , and a short walk to the port. Harry was SO helpful during our entire stay and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. He gave us restaurant recommendations and activities for both Paros and Antiparos. He also answered all of our questions about public transportation and promptly responded to every message. I HIGHLY recommend Livadia Seaside Studios. We wouldn’t have wanted to stay at...

I spent 2 nights at Harry's beautiful studios. Before I arrived, Harry wrote to me very nicely on WhatsApp and explained everything to me in detail. My accommodation was very clean and like on the Pictures 🙏

A few words about Harry: I have traveled all over Europe, but I have never met someone as kind and generous as Harry anywhere else. On every WhatsApp message i got an answer after 10min also in the middle of the night. He provided very useful Tips for Parikia and also some delicious cookies and water. I can only recommend every traveler to meet dear Harry and to stay a few nights at livadia Seaside Studios🙏🫶 Thank you Harry and your team for the wonderful stay and i wish you only the best for all of you!!
