Paros Palace offers plenty of Greek charm. The hotel grounds beautiful and the room is spotless. When we walked into the room, I could smell the cleaning solution. If you are a clean freak, you will feel comfortable here. The whole room is white washed from floor to ceiling, and there was no visible dirt nor stain. The outdoor pool/patio space is very spacious. There was a small pool, two loungers, love seat, cushioned chair, and even a day bed with tons of pillows. The tall hedges made it feel private even though it was next to a walkway/driveway. The restaurant where the breakfast is served has an amazing view of the island and sea and the food was pretty good. It's not a large buffet with loads of choices - no made to order egg station nor sliced up fruits, but the selections offered were more than adequate. The breakfast attendants were so helpful. One day, the waiter walked across the restaurant to take pictures of us when he saw we were taking selfies, and some of the photos he took are some of my favorites from the trip. Thank you!|The location of the hotel isn't bad because it's less than 5 mins to Parikia, but you do need to use the hotel shuttle to get there because the roads are busy and there are no sidewalk. The hotel shuttle was always available when we needed it and came to pick us up quickly from the Parikia port. However, I wish I had stayed at a hotel in a walkable area. But Paros Palace offers a fantastic view of the island being that it's on a hill.|As far as the location of our suite, I wasn't too crazy about it. Our suit (401) was right above the bar/pool area. I was worried about the music and noise from the bar area, but it wasn't loud, thankfully. However, if someone is smoking right below in the bar area, the smoke travels up to the patio, so one night I had to cut my patio time short. While there was a view, it was somewhat limited, only one spot in the outdoor patio offered an expansive view of the island while sitting down. Also, there's a double glass door to the outside but no window in the bedroom, so there was no view of the island from the room, just a view of the patio. While the room is thoughtfully decorated and adorable, it lacks some function. First, there were no dressers. There were open shelves, but I didn't want to have all my clothes and stuff piled on the open shelves. I didn't want to look at piles of clothes every time I entered the room since they are the first thing you see. There was a cabinet with doors but it was so high up that it was useless. There was no luggage stand, which would've been nice. However, there is a seating area to place the suitcases next to the open shelves. The bed is on a stone platform but it's kind of high. If you have mobility issues, it would be difficult to get in and out. The AC worked well, but it made wind sound. It was kind of like white noise that drowned out outside noise, so I didn't mind it (not that it was noisy outside.) Since the hotel is on a hill, you do have to walk up a steep hill or stairs to get to your room. There's no elevator. The shuttle driver will drive up to your suite for check in and check out only, so you don't have to worry about lugging your suitcases. However, for drop offs and pick ups to and from town, you have to do it at the front of the lobby. You'll be treated to plenty of house music of Mykonos in the shuttle. :D|We didn't rent a car, but there's plenty of free parking on the hotel premise. Although I was told that all the rooms are booked, breakfast time was never busy. We were out and about most of the day and when we returned to the hotel, the evening was pretty quiet and peaceful. The suites are very private and you didn't hear any noise next door. The bed, sheets, and pillows were all very comfortable and towels are good quality. They care a lot about their towels! The shower had good water pressure with plenty of hot water. Don't expect over the top hospitality with warm and friendly service and you'll be fine. Overall, it's a lovely hotel for a comfortable...

You still fail to acknowledge that our primary complaint was YOUR rudeness and petulant defensiveness after we gave you simple customer experience feedback when requested (after paying!)
We knew how to operate the spa, infact you did it and told us it would take 2-3 hours to warm up. It took 8 - if you’d told us about the cover it would have been less. Other guests must have been breaking the laws of physics - or likely staying longer so it wasn’t so much of an issue.
Original Review
We stayed at Paros Palace for one night following a friend's recommendation. Its a great location on the hill overlooking paroikia. The spa suite room was nice and clean, the breakfast was good and they offer complementary transport upon request to and from the town centre which was a nice touch. On the downside, we were not able to use the jacuzzi until the next morning, and staff reaction when we tried to explain our frustrations a simple feedback only left us much more frustrated. We called in the morning to book and asked for a room with the bath/jacuzzi specifically because we intended to use it for the single night that we were there. We arrived at 6pm but it was off and too cold to use. We were told if we turn it on it would heat up within a couple of hours. By 11pm, the water was still not up to temperature. Behind the room, outside, we discovered a cover for the jacuzzi which we put on around and left it running overnight to heat faster. By morning the water temp was good but we were only able to use it for an hour before we had to check out. This was frustrating. At check out before the usual "how was your stay", they pushed the bill in front of us and asked us to sign. It was only after we paid that they asked us how our stay was. We mentioned the problem with the jacuzzi temperature and specifically said we are not looking for a refund, we are simply offering feedback. The gentleman at reception became immediately defensive and argumentative. He repeated that it is not the hotel's fault, nobody complained before and that we should have checked in earlier to turn the jacuzzi on and that this is our problem. We explained that we called in the morning and couldn't have possibly known this would have been an issue, it would have been helpful if they had either had prepared it earlier (asked for our arrival time when we called??) or at least mentioned there is a cover to help increase the temperature faster. This poor level of customer service was the main takeaway from our trip. Paying before being asked how our stay was coupled with shortness and rudeness towards us after expressing simple feedback (when requested) was lacking as to what you would expect from such a...
Read moreI would give 2-3 stars because the Hotel was clean and nice but the behaviour of the Hotel Manager was realy bad and so i can give just one star.
We were two couples, one of us ordered a suite and the other a normal room. At Check-In the guy at the reception just asked who has the big room (we thought that this is the Suite but it wasn‘t). He did not asked for our names to give us the correct room.
The couple who paid for the suite paid 300€ more and just get the normal room.
This mistake was noticed at the night and both couples already slept in the room so it was a bad situation to change the rooms between the couples.
We talked to the Hotel Manager about this and his reaction was not professional. He said it was our mistake and not his (that‘s not hospitallity).
He also started to get angry and his voice was like he teach his kids.
That‘s not acceptable! We just stayed there because we didn‘t find another Hotel in Parikia or Naoussa.
The Hotel Manager has to work on his behaviour. With this low level of hospitallity he gives a reason to stay away from this Hotel.
Its sad because the Hotel itself is nice but the behaviour of the Hotel Manager is a no go.
It is not acceptable to yell to customers.
It also shocked us that he was ironic to his employeers. The Hotel Manager was show us the room and by going to the room he saw a an empolyeer eating. He stopped and said to his employeer „can i bring you a sombrero cap to sleep?“ and then he took his plate away while we was looking to this situation. That‘s not a situation you handle when your customers are waiting for you.
Reffering to your answer:
By saying that your behaviour was an answer to our reaction, you confirm that your behaviour was not good.
About the about with your employeer: We all know what is happened ;-)
Anyway.
But we were your guests and so we expect discrection. It‘s not allowed to say our names in the Internet, expectially you didn‘t asked for our passports at the Check-In. So you didn‘t know if we are/were really Mr. D und Mr. T.
We expect to change our names in...
