Good location just outside the main hustle 1hour kayak rental Q10 Pretty cheap shuttle service that pick you up in front of the hotel. Mattress was very nice The food court area is very nice with good views and The breakfast was pretty decent . The negatives: very outdated, bedding feels and looks dirty event though it was clean, lumpiest pillows ever, the common area was also old with dirty sofas, the shared kitchen was very lacking with like one one fork and maybe 2 plastic cups . The coffee with breakfast was very weak. But it was very affordable and they don’t need to actually do too much to improve the overall stay.

We are staying at don pascual for 4 nights. One night in we are blown away by not just the location but the placement of the hotel, the free amazing breakfast and the simply amazing staff. What an experience already in such a beautiful place. We're truly at the heart of San Pedro. There's also many great discounted activities that the hotel provide, definitely do the kayaks! They were only 10Q per person per hour.

Its a very good hotel for a good price. I booked the 4people room and had it all for myself. The room is pretty big and has its own bath/toilet, the beds are the most comfortable ive slept in in the last 2months of mexico and Guatemala. It gets quite cold here and in the other 2 hostel ive been to at atitlan i had to sleep in clothes and it was still a bit cool, not here tho. You get a very comfortable and warm blanket and good pillow plus the beds are pretty big in size and a large European guy still fits in good unlike a lot of other beds here that are designed for the small Guatemalans. Anyways, the location is o.k. a bit outside of the main tourist spot but still in a 5-10 minutes walkable distance from the good restaurants and bars. The room price is pretty decent too. The only bad thing is the shower. The electrical heating showerhead is not installed correctly meaning the grounding wire is not connected wich could possibly result in a electrocution. The good part tho is that it doesnt work anyways so u have to shower cold but u also wont get an electric shock. The pressure is almost nonexistent so u only have a dripping showerhead wich is enough to get yourself clean but it is the exact opposite of a...

We have been very happy with our choice to stay at Don Pascual. We stayed three nights here in a basic, but pleasant and clean room. The bed was much more comfortable than the ones we had recently experienced in Mexico! The shower set-up is a bit unusual (not sure if Guatemala has electrical standards which are enforced!), but it did emit hot water.||Don Pascual is a five minute flat walk from the main dock, but it's well-lit at night, and it's great to be away from the main party streets. The main courtyard is neat, and we loved meeting the resident puppy! There is an indoor football field adjacent to Don Pascual, which can be a bit noisy during the evening (goal celebrations and good music), but they always finished up by 10pm every night that we stayed. ||English is not spoken by the owners, but they're happy to help with anything that you need. Any of your travel needs can be met by the numerous travel agencies on the main street. ||Overall, Don Pascual is a great budget option for San Pedro if you're wanting to be near the main bars and restaurants, but away from the late...

We were in need of a quite and comfortable place to stay. The lady in the bakery near by recommended us Don Pascual Hotel. As soon as we showed up, Michael greeted us in a such a friendly way. Him and his brother live there as well as they manage it. That place has everything you may need or want to. However, if there is extra stuff you want to acquire, then is when Michael and brother jump in to offer anything you may want. From Information to groceries to restaurantes near by menu. They have a kitchen for you to do your own food if want to. They offer some stuff like eggs, bread, beans etc. there is a Pool table, cable tv. etc. In addition there is a fridge with goodies from beer, indita quetzalteca, rum, water, sodas, you name it. Michael shared with me the reason of the name Don Pascual Hotel. Alovely and interesting story. Ask him about it. Thank you Michael. what a such of care you provide to your customers. Certainly we will be in your...
