I didn't stay at the hotel but used their laundry service. 5 Q per pound and friendly staff. Area is safe and near western restaurants.

Rated 2 stars only because they did not honor there laundry policy. I used there laundry service on several occasions. Very nice, clean and folded normally. However I dropped off my laundry in the early afternoon and they said it would be available later that night or in the morning. Upon further confirmation (as I was leaving the next day) they stated they could not have my laundry washed within the time specified upon drop off. Thus, I had to pick up my dirty laundry which was sitting behind the desk for 7+ hours untouched late in the evening despite dropping it off in the early afternoon. I would have easily have paid double to have it done in due time, but the staff assured me it wasn't a problem upon receipt. There was poor service and communication on that front as there are several other laundry services that could have easily and readily fulfilled the request. Normally it wouldn't have been a problem, but having just returned from a motorcycle trip with a several night hike in the coming day it was a relatively major inconvenience.

Moreover be sure to quadruple check the timing with multiple staff if you need your clothing in due time. Otherwise, decent...

The place was recommended to us .. however the first night there was party all night the noise was so loud! Then our toilet broke and water was leaking all over the floor .. we asked for another room. Which was better but we found the attitude from The staff was not very helpful ! When we asked For coffee the owner. Said “you have to pay more “ so $ 2 US per coffee we also noticed they were watering down our coffee. We asked if we could have breakfast on the last day we were leaving for 7:30. When we arrived the restaurant it was closed and we had to wait til almost 8 before we received our breakfast we had paid for . We then had to run to catch our bus as we only had 15 min to eat . Overall service was poor , the place was not clean , hanging laundry from the owners outside our front door , dirty cushions , dogs laying all over the seats amd cushions . Will never go back...

we booked here and went to sleep but without any notification, we got woken at 6:30AM by the neighbours destroying the whole building. They did nothing about it, we then had to wait 30 minutes for our breakfast while we were the only people there. Then when we had to pay they ignored the pre-payment and we had to pay the full price. The breakfast was also not nice and the showers are horrible. Please help yourself and...
