I have had the pleasure of staying at Sanctum Suites on multiple occasions, each time extending over several weeks or months.
The property's central yet serene location has been a key highlight for me, given my sensitivity to noise. The family-owned nature of the hotel imparts a distinctive and non-anonymous atmosphere, in contrast to larger chain hotels. What further enhances this welcoming ambiance is the continuity of the same friendly staff over the years, contributing to a homely experience during each visit.
One aspect that has consistently met my expectations is the complimentary and reliable WIFI service, ensuring I remain connected without any disruptions. I also appreciate the hotel's resilience in managing power supply, as power cuts have never posed an issue during my stays.
The breakfast buffet, while simple, has always been a delightful experience with its rotating selection of South Indian classics such as idli and dosa. The staff's responsiveness to special requests has been noteworthy, whether it's arranging a taxi, assisting with dinner plans, or promptly providing an iron box when needed.
I would like to thank every one at Sanctum Suites for making my stays memorable each time. This won´t be...

It was getting hot, and I couldn't open the window because of mosquitoes. I stepped out to see if there was someone around, and there was no one around. I had to check out of the hotel at 4 AM because I couldn't stay inside anymore! I contacted their customer support the next day and they admitted the issue. They said that I should have contacted the emergency number listed on the telephone in the room. This is certainly not the most intuitive thing, when you are awoken at 4 AM in the morning. It isn't cheap. It is 2,800 per night! At the very least, you expect someone to be around. If not, you expect them to inform you beforehand that you must dial a number in case of an emergency.
This isn't the worst of it. When I reached out to them, they weren't even willing to work with me to resolve it. The customer support person stopped responding to texts. If you are paying 2,800 per night you expect great service. If the service has failed, you expect even better support. Neither happened in this case.
tl;dr: Reasonable place, overpriced,...
