Purple Brigade, Bangalore — Hotel in Bengaluru

Very bad experience. We had booked this hotel through Airbnb and as we would reach there early than the checkin time we had booked for the previous day too. But when we reached there they told no such reservation has been made. The person there did not know what to do at all, we were made to wait there for 3 hrs. We raised a complaint on Airbnb but they were also of no use. After 3 hrs he called his manager and let us take a room which was smelling very bad. Then after complaining we were shifted to another room. It doesn't looks like a good maintained one. People were still working on painting the walls. Inside the room also things look very old and shabby. Looks like this hotel has been there from a very long time but they are not...

We recently stayed at Purple Brigade Hotel during our trip to Bangalore and had a truly pleasant experience. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, thanks to Nazia, who was exceptionally professional and courteous — a great first impression!

The rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing stay. While it's a 3-star hotel, the service and ambiance made it feel like a higher-end experience. We felt well taken care of throughout our time there.

Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely choose Purple Brigade again the next time we’re in Bangalore. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place...

Trust this one of my best experience hotel i have ever stayed. Being a 3 star hotel they would be provide you an experience of the 5 star. The hospitality service in terms of treat and behavioural wise the visitors it would be great and too good !

Especially the manager (She) would help the visitors with their request and the respect person ( sorry i forgot his name but he is from asam ) such a sweet person in terms of customer handling .

I can tell you can trust the hotel and give a call the location is most important in the middle of city with 500 meters of metro connection one of the best hotel stay i would prefer purple bridge and proper family stay and couple...
