OYO 316 Hotel Brigade Royale — Hotel in Bengaluru

NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN.....! Do not get deceived by the pictures posted of this hotel. Bed linens were brownish and looks like not changed. No hot water for shower. TV not functional. Noisy AC Half of room lights not working... the list is endless.....

After checking in, went to my room noticed the room was completely a let downer compared to pictures they posted. I didn't say anything, thinking it wasn't a biggie....

Took my shower and no hot water! So basically took cold shower and got ready to go out for late dinner. Informed the front office about the shower. The guy was nice enough to offer me a room change but I told him it's fine considering it was already late night.. (I was still in good mood).

After dinner came back to hotel and relaxed. Wanted to watch TV and the TV wasn't working. Called the reception and a guy appeared to fiddle around with the TV. After a while I was told nothing can be done for the TV and this time I demanded a room change. So I had a room change at 2am.

Couldn't sleep in this room... kept scratching my self... bed linens were brownish and possible that they didn't change...

Was so angry... that I checked out from this hotel into another one across the road.... WILL NEVER COME TO THIS OYO 316 HOTEL BRIGADE ROYALE...

Don’t be fooled by the pictures above. The rooms look nothing like those in the above picture. First of all this is not an OYO hotel anymore. Next, they won’t allow you into the hotel even after you have checked in by already paying for the night through MakeMyTrip. They say that they are no longer do business with any online booking company such as MakeMyTrip or OYO, but the thing is they are still listed on their apps which attracts customer into their hotels and when the customer arrives they deny rooms even after post payment and sends them away with all their luggage and stuff. When you have already checked into the hotel online, and have stepped into the reception of the hotel which is in the busy one-way street of Brigade Road, where are you supposed to go with all the luggage? The room is really dirty and they don’t keep their pillows clean too. The floor tiles are broken here and there. All in all avoid this hotel at all cost. Highly...

Worst hotel i stayed in my life...when i booked this hotel morning at 6 through online after getting down at bangalore they charged me for extra amount for early check in....Standard check in time is 11am here....but i had meeting at 10...so i have no other option to pay...they misguide me as there is early check available is there on phone...

Breakfast they given Cold tea with cold breakfast....breakfast is brought from somewhere else i think...No resturant avilable here...

Here AC is not working properly....Washroom is filled with water after bathing.Water is not going out from washroom...

Small sizes bed.....No proper response from room service and reception....

Wifi login details given but Internet not working properly...

I never ever come here agian in my life....

And i recommend others also not to come here....it is wastage of...
