Hello Very good food BUT the worst service by the 2 girls out of 3 girls on 5-1-25 came with family to have a good time family dinner as it’s one of our favourite food spot. We came at 9 - 9.15 pm and started ordering our starters and the server girls come to your table without a smile throw your food on your table without even informing as to what’s the particular dish ????? What is this ??are we not paying money ?
The girl at cash counter served fine and took orders fine in the beginning and later when we went to cash counter as to what’s going on why food is being served to us like this and she had an attitude and no decency to talk to a customer VERY SICK THE WAY WE WERE TREATED and no one also had the decency to also remind us for the last order and they say kitchen closed and I requested that I see the chef and she says chef cannot meet anyone 😂😂😂😂 some kind of joke this is ???? Does she even know what she was talking ???? Seriously this was our worst experience. Also they gave us the bun kind thing HALF RAW ….. left it like that. Please these 2 girls need to be nice and polite when they talk to customers . Careful friends when going to this restaurant be assured for the worst service but surely food is awesome will definitely not lie about the food that’s why we keep going there and also be prepared to be out of the restaurant before 10 pm max and do not except any request or food after 10 pm coz u will not get. And they also start packing up and throw chairs on the table while customers are still sitting there ????? VERY BAD you can see all this in these photos including time and date. If they decently told us that we taking the last order for main course we would happily give the order and then everything was fine
But honestly these girls need to be trained well, smiling face on there face and good communication and customer service also needs a proper manager to organise things with briefing to staff twice a week to have your valued customers coming again and again. NEVER BE RUDE . We were 6-7 of...

Read moreThis was my third time I had visited YaK Kitchen whenever i visit Bangalore from Europe. But i must point this out, the way the management behaved was really unacceptable. First the establishment being in the centre of Bangalore, denying me to pay via Credit Card even the option was available. Secondly telling me directly on my face, i should have not come here if I am not making the payment with there choice, And they had the credit card machine but again and again they kept coming over forcing me in a very rude manner to make the payment in cash, I don't understand when we go to a eatery , what rights does it gives them to deny us to pay via credit card. Just because they get charged fee, they had no signage in there stating they do not accept credit card,it was clearly written there ,all payments mode accepted. And they telling a customer on there face that we should not eat here if we can't follow there terms of being goons style on us. Pls be very careful anyone' who is attending this place for food ,lunch or dinner, and i will also raise a safety and hygiene issue on this restaurant, there is no proper cleaniless, food is brought thru stairs where all the garbage are there, the chef and staff not wearing anything on there head, God knows whose hair falls on the food on daily basis, i am also requesting the health management to do a severe round of check on...
