Rayalaseema Foods — Restaurant in Bengaluru

I visited this restaurant with my family of 15 and opted for Andhra meals, but the experience was very disappointing.

The service was disorganized, and the staff didn’t follow a proper order while serving food. After waiting for 20 minutes, they served rice first. We had ordered a mushroom starter, but they brought paneer instead. Since we had already waited long enough, we didn’t bother asking for a replacement.

When it came to the meals, they placed sambar and rasam on the table without serving them. I asked about the complete menu, and only then did they mention a sweet. When I pointed out that it hadn’t been served, they brought it, along with the curries, pachadi, pappu, and aloo curry. However, the containers were nearly empty, and I had to remind them to bring properly filled portions. The same happened with the ghee—it was almost empty when they brought it.

In most places serving Andhra meals, everything is served directly on the plate, but here, they just placed the items on the table for self-service. To add to the disappointment, the food was already cold. Considering the price of ₹160-190 per plate, the quality and service did not match the cost. I recently dined at Rayalseema Foods and had an exceptional experience. We ordered a variety of dishes, including Rayalseema Chicken, Kakinada Chicken, Chicken 65, and a plate meal. Each dish was bursting with authentic flavors and cooked to perfection.

The Rayalseema Chicken had a bold, spicy kick that felt true to the region's cuisine, while the Kakinada Chicken offered a more subtle yet equally delicious flavor profile. The Chicken 65 was perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, an absolute must-try! As for the plate meal, it was a complete and satisfying spread, well-balanced and full of fresh, vibrant tastes.

All the items are very tasty, flavourful and feel the flavour of the finest home made spices. Very tasty and hygienic restaurant. A very authentic biriyani mutton & chicken both & other chicken and mutton gravy & dry items like Rayalseema Chicken & Guntur Chiken. Kerala paratha is so soft & superb. Must try all the items there.
