Excellent Dining Experience Overview We recently visited *MERLOT & CO. for dinner, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy ambiance that set the tone for a fantastic evening.

Food Quality The food at The Spice Lounge is truly outstanding. We ordered the PAPAD PANEER ROLE,KABAB,PIZZA which were rich, flavorful, and expertly prepared. The portions were generous, and the presentation was impressive.

Service The service was top-notch. Manager Mr. IMTIAAZ, was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. He ensured that our glasses were always full and that we had everything we needed throughout the meal.

Ambiance The ambiance at Merlot is warm and inviting. The decor is elegant, and the lighting is perfect for a romantic dinner.

Value The prices at The Spice Lounge are reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the food and service. We felt that the value for money was excellent, and we would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.

I recently visited Merlot & Co and chose to sit on the rooftop. While the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly, the overall experience had some downsides. I had to wait almost 45 minutes for my first order, which made the service feel quite slow.

The ambiance didn’t work for me either, the music was too loud to hold a conversation, and the lighting was so dim I could barely see my food.

I tried their special pizza, jasmine rice with Thai curry, spinach and ricotta ravioli, and crispy corn. While the flavors were great, the portions; especially for the ravioli and crispy corn, were quite small for the price.

A must-try is definitely the spinach and ricotta ravioli: rich, creamy, and full of flavor.

Overall, a decent spot for food, but the slow service, loud atmosphere, and small portions might not make me return...

I went to celebrate my birthday, and while the food was good, the behavior of the staff was extremely unprofessional. During the cake cutting, we were asked to leave our table to accommodate waiting guests, which I found disappointing. Furthermore, when we went to pay, the staff refused to remove the service charge, simply because we were paying via Zomato, which I thought was unreasonable. If discounts are being offered through various apps, why impose such restrictions? To make matters worse, as we were leaving, one of the staff members stopped us, falsely accusing us of not paying before even verifying the situation with his team. The entire experience was frustrating, and the staff was not...
