SHALIMAR METRO — Hotel in Kerala

Reception people's are not polite , everywhere smoking smell and not clean hotel , even reception area is too hot , room are not clean and neat , the bathroom water is too bad and if u wash ur hair with that water hair gonna be like freezy .... It's too much eco in the rooms and out side if u r talking medium rage sound anyone can here from outside ... This location is near by the mosque 🕌, the prar sound we can here from there ... There room rates are non a/c 1200 a/c 1600 , are others some kind of rooms rates are also available ..... , In my opinion i don't like that hotel ...... 2/5 with...

We have booked around 15 rooms during November 2023 for a period of 4 days. We have paid advance through online to Mr Sebin. While doing the total payment he informed us that he received only 2000/- instead of 4000/- as advance. We did paid entire amount. When I verified my bank statement, I noticed that I paid 4000/-. I sent him the statement and requested him to refund Rs.2000/-. No response from him. I seen my WhatsApp messages but no reply. Even he is not lifting the phone calls. I request the management to look into...
