Saundarya Garden - Kitchen & Bar — Restaurant in Maharashtra

I am a food reviewer and let me tell you my experience in this resto... Today 11/08 i visited in the afternoon around 3:30, no wonders the atmosphere and view is next level however the staff's are unprofessional and not trained properly, they were treating me as like they are serving me as free food, even I felt so bad i have ate street food as well as big restaurant' s food but this is my life's first time experience getting from the staff of Saundarya restaurant.

I have ordered 2 dishes Murg biryani and Chicken Manchow soup, biryani was tasty when it was serve hot but the soup was so flavour less like just a boiling hot water and it costed around INR220+ and in that soup I got a big chunks of corn flour which means the cheff is not able to cook chinese cuisines, I am also adding the attachments below so please check it. Now regarding the Murg biryani as i mentioned when it was hot it was tasty but when the biryani got slightly cool, the chicken was tasting like stale. And worst thing is they didn't apologise for it nor they took it back also they haven't gave me good treatment when I was there. So instead of this restaurant I will suggest you to have streetfood, as they will treat you like god but this type of restaurants must be get closed hence I am mentioning sending the images and my review to food...

This was the first time I had visited the place pre-lockdown and i was disheartened by the sheer service provided in the family section of the establishment. The service man and waiters were slower than ever and totally un-organised. They kept on forgetting the order and the assortments with each dish and I have had to wait for about 30 mins to get a small bowl of ketchup or chutney with a plate of fish fingers.

Anyway, the horrible experience there apart the food was great and I had no complains there on taste and quality. But, the hygiene of the place have surely degraded given that, I was made to seat on a table where leftovers were all round the table underneath.

I hope the promoters of the place make surprise visits to the wonderful place that it was of yesteryear. This should help jog the staff a little and increase vigor; cause my suggestions went on to deaf ears. I say this with a heavy heart as I have memories associated with the place and its sad to have the place look down upon.

Friday evening dinner with family at Saundarya Garden was a good experience. Specious areas with Verity of seating arrangements makes the place very soothing because of less crowds in one place. Family areas are well located at the end of the restaurant's space and nicely decorated with flowers and statues and water bodies. Being large group of family our order was a long list. Chicken Crispy Paneer Ajwani Tikka Masala Papad Mushroom Chilly Dry Murg Maratha Kebab Saundarya Special Dal Makhani Pineapple Raita Sizzling Brownie with Ice Cream Assorted Bread Basket Starters were well made and quickly served but Main Course took little while to get served Service was not as expected even though there was no rush in Family Section. Water, Spoon, Paper Napkins were supplied and clearing of dishes was done after couple of requests. Most of the dishes were tasty and sufficient portions. Atmosphere was cheerful and well landscaped property with artistic interior decoration makes dining experience joyful. If service is improved certainly worth 5...
