Stay away, Sold a defective cracked ice cream cup- He was careful not to show me the cup while packing in a stapled brown bag and when I opened it after returning home, it was cracked. As the ice cream melted, the crack widened. When I went back to return, he denied it and had the audacity to refuse to replace it. Its very sad to see that someone in the food industry selling such hazardous items without caring for consumers health and well being. No wonder the shop is empty unlike the other ice cream shops in the area....

Customer service is highly commendable... Just called up at midday for an evening delivery and voila right on time it was!Also for a new customer who isn't aware of what to pick... their recommendations were very apt .I ordered their premium cake.. Casata and a box of almond cookies... Both were very much liked and savoured by my folks.. Bet all their goodies n cakes are a must try!!
