Hotel Sapna — Hotel in Mumbai

This hotel is very expensive for the quality of service provided. We were given a room with three beds (one queen, one single) on the first floor. The room has no table, no chair, no hanger (except one in the bathroom, the other being broken). There is space between the window and its frame, with horns of the traffic all day long except a few hours in the night. The bathroom has one shower in the middle of the room, with a sink of 20cm of diameter, and a seat toilet. There was no hot water. There is free wifi but you have to ask for a daily code at the reception||||We felt that the receptionists and manager only wanted to get the most money possible without doing any effort to keep the infrastructure in good standing. They asked us to pay a full night 4800 RP for an early check-in (at 9 am instead of 12 am), and did not even offer us the 30 RP water bottle we asked at the end! When checking in, the receptionist said that we would need to pay 1000 RP for an additional bed, which was already included in the amount paid.||||The only good thing was the restaurant New York they recommended, which is great. The hotel has no inhouse restaurant, and when you ask chapati bread that is on the menu, you get toasts with butter for 50 RP. The location of the hotel itself is quite good, 20 min walk from hanging gardens, 5 min walk from Gandhi's house, and 10 min walk from the beach (no shadow during the day). ||||This hotel may be adapted to local people, which are used to the noise, and to having the correct price. It was worst experience altogether.. owner Mr saleem not having any trust on portals and he is asking use to get refund from portal by cancellation and book new one in his hotel at higher price... room don’t have key and it will be kept in reception they don’t gives us for our use. Every time we need to request for unlocking our door to reception.

Interior is horrible, sealing are open with lose wires no cleanliness at all. Room service is pathetic they charge random amount on any request.

So over all it’s non compliance hotel in terms of all its operations. so I request portals to not to promote it going forward.

Hotel is good... Location is best... The main problem is with the rates of food items served in the room... Lemon juice cost rs 70/- seriously... Means 2 rs lemon squzzed in water and costing 70 rs... Toasted bread cost 175 rs... The problem is not only with rates... But the taste is also not good.. if you r charging like star hotel then serve like that level.. the serving trays are bad.. the crockery is average... Don't have too much amenities in the room... Common thing like shower cap and good bottled shampoos and conditioner... Rooms r clean and good but the other things are not...
