Yet, during my time here, I have been blessed to find a new home in the heart of New Delhi, thanks to the extraordinary experience provided by the Novotel New Delhi Aerocity.

From the very first moment I stepped through the doors, I was welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism that made all the difference. Every part of my stay has been nothing short of exceptional.

The Rooms and Housekeeping Simply saying the rooms are clean would be a massive understatement. Thanks to the outstanding dedication of the housekeeping team — and two people who deserve special mention — my room didn't just feel maintained, it shined with care and love every single day. A heartfelt thank you to Rammohan, the Housekeeping Supervisor, whose attention to detail, leadership, and commitment to excellence are clearly reflected throughout the property. And to Targan, who personally cared for my room during my entire stay — words fall short. His work ethic, respect, and the pride he takes in his role were evident in everything he did: the immaculate upkeep, the beautifully folded laundry, the thoughtful touches like fresh flowers that always brightened my day. Targan’s genuine dedication has touched my heart in a way I will never forget.

The Front Desk, Restaurant, and Management Teams Every encounter, from check-in to daily greetings, has been warm and sincere. The front desk team is a masterclass in hospitality — consistently helpful, courteous, and eager to ensure every need is met with a smile. The restaurant staff, too, goes above and beyond, serving not just meals but an experience filled with flavor, care, and comfort. Management’s constant presence and commitment to guest happiness permeate every interaction and detail throughout the hotel.

The Location – Aerocity Nestled in the vibrant and secure area of Aerocity, the Novotel offers the perfect base for anyone traveling to New Delhi. Minutes from the airport yet surrounded by world-class dining, shopping, and business centers, Aerocity is a gem for international travelers. It is modern, lively, safe, and convenient — and the hotel’s prime location means you are at the center of it all while still enjoying peace and tranquility.

I recently stayed at Novotel,Delhi while attending a doctor's conference and was utterly disappointed by the service, especially during check-in. Despite arriving late at night, a time when one would expect a smooth and swift check-in process, I was met with the exact opposite. At the night of 28 feb 2024] The staff at the reception, particularly an individual named Nishant or Nishank, displayed a shocking level of unprofessionalism and impoliteness.

Not only did he make me feel embarrassed in front of my guest, but he also kept us waiting unnecessarily, despite being fully aware of our situation. His behavior was not only embarrassing but also extremely inconsiderate given that my health was not at its best. And after that he asked us to pay in a double occupancy room which we have booked already,saying that only one of us could stay as, and to make it worse he didn’t take any effort to confirm the same from his senior despite of me telling him the same. It was such an embarrassing situation to be there and see him keep us waiting having had our ID’s. And what surprised me that, their was nobody else or any authority to take charge of the situation.

Such a lack of basic hospitality skills and empathy from the hotel staff is unacceptable. It's clear that the staff, especially at the reception, is in dire need of proper training in customer service and how to handle guests with the courtesy and respect they deserve.

This experience has left a very sour taste, and I regret to say that I will not be returning to Novotel. It's disheartening to see how poor service can mar the entire experience of what should have been a pleasant stay. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and implements the necessary changes to ensure no other guest has to endure such an...
