I called at around 7 PM India time and connected the call with reservations and spoke to Akshay. I gave him all the details and requested him to send me a link to prepay for the room as my family is travelling and I wish to pay for the room expense. He initially refused however I insisted to share with me the payment link over the email to which he promised to share it on my email in next 15 mins. 3 hours passed by and I didn’t receive either a confirmation email for the room reservation nor the link. I called the hotel room reservations again at 10 PM and again spoke to Akshay an informed him about the email not being received to which he mentioned that there’s a system error and I will receive the email shortly. I did receive the email, however, it was just a rate offer email with no payment link. I called again at 11:25 Pm spoke to the Duty Manager Sachin and he promised me that he will get things expedited.
Incident On day of Arrival - I shared all the ID’s yesterday to the DM on the email. My mother was asked for her ID at the check in. She told the receptionist that the ID’s are shared but he insisted to give the ID. It could be a recent change in the protocol of the check in but I assume a passport is a valid ID which was shared to the DM yesterday. She was even asked about her mobile number which was already updated in the reservation yesterday as well as the subject of the email has the phone number of the occupant. Another highlight, just a few minutes before I received an email from the from an Assistant Manager (sharing the screenshot) for early check in?? I clearly mentioned in the email that the arrival time is 5 PM today and the check in already happened at around 06:30 PM and I was astonished to see that the AMFO has no clue and he is replying to me stating that the early check in subject to availability. What?? At 5 PM it’s not early check in and the check in has already happened. About the room, she’s given an interconnecting room and knowing that the occupants are two infants, I don’t think so that it is the right choice made as the other occupant in the next room could be complaining about the noise. I have highlighted to the DM that the arrival will be at around 10 PM (for my sister and kids) which is very late. I even requested for the baby crib that was also not placed.
Incident post check out - I noticed that I was CC’d on an email thread by the entire Finance, DM, Reception, and as a guest who booked a different reservation for which the room has already been checked out, there was no context provided regarding my inclusion. As the content appears to relate to internal or potentially sensitive matters, I would appreciate clarification on whether my inclusion was intentional and appropriate.

Read moreWe had a nice stay at Roseate during our team meeting. The service was great. The food needs a special mention. Every item we tried was very well prepared. Here is a detailed feedback:
PROS:
The rooms are very well kept, neat and hygienic. All supplies (water bottles, tea, coffee sachets etc) were regularly replenished.
Services at the DEL and Kheer restaurants were great. Staff were extremely knowledgeable and made great recommendations. The buffet spread at DEL (both breakfast and lunch) was extensive. Servers were efficient, prompt, and polite.
A handwritten greeting note and cake on the first day evening were a pleasant surprise.
I needed some tablets which were promptly sent to my room at 1am in the night.
The concierge service was exceptional – they were swift to arrange car services whenever needed. Particularly, the airport pick up and drops were hassle free.
The meeting rooms were well arranged. Tea/coffee and snacks were served in time. The staff made sure that we did not face any problem (they were very prompt to provide HDMI cable, internet password etc). The staff at meeting rooms truly cared about our experience.
CONS:
We are not happy with the Reception. There was a long wait time. Especially for me, who was one of the earliest one to arrive (around 9:30am), however the room got allotted only after 1:45pm. I could understand that rooms may take time to get ready. However, several guests who arrived later than me were taken to rooms and I kept waiting.
There was no one to assist guests to the room nor did the reception inform me/teammates of the inclusions in the booking. For example, my colleague had issues with laundry bills which should have been included. Reception did not inform that the club lounge access is allowed for all club room allottees. We were not provided with Wi-Fi passwords, timings of- gym, swimming pool, room service etc and had to call back to the reception each time to enquire.
I had a room facing a wall with no view. Personally, I requested a Tarmac facing room which was not provided even after the initial room was changed. There appeared to be a lot of miscommunications between the booking desk and the reception.
The swimming pool closes too early at 7 pm. Being business travellers, we were unable to use the facility as we always got free only after 6:30. It would have been great if the pool was open at least until 9 pm.
It would be nice to have a shaving kit and basic first aid (like band aid) provided in the rooms. No fruits were provided in the rooms (though the same was mentioned during reservations).
Overall, we had a memorable stay at the Roseate. We enjoyed the food at DEL, Kheer, Club Lounge, and the meeting rooms. The service at the meeting rooms were very...
Read moreA Truly Unforgettable Experience in Apathy and Failure I must commend Roseate House Aerocity for its unwavering commitment to providing a uniquely abysmal guest experience. Most hotels try for excellence; this one has perfected the art of the disaster. My stay was, without a doubt, a journey into the very heart of incompetence. The fun began at check-in, where the hotel generously gave me a 100-minute grace period to contemplate my life choices in their lobby. When I inquired about this bonus waiting time, I was treated to a philosophical gem from the manager, Ayush. He boldly declared that my problem was, in fact, not his problem. Such wisdom! It's a revolutionary approach to customer service that I'm sure will be studied for years to come. I found myself at this fine establishment purely by accident, a cruel twist of fate orchestrated by my travel agent. It seems my previous horrific experience here wasn't enough of a warning to the universe. After a grueling road trip, I thought a simple request—receiving a package—would be manageable for a hotel of this supposed caliber. I was, of course, hilariously wrong. After being told "yes," the staff apparently held a meeting and decided "no" was a much better answer, conveniently forgetting to tell me. The package, and my patience, vanished. I did get to speak with the Duty Manager, Party, whose primary skill seems to be nodding sympathetically and repeating "I understand" like a broken toy. It was incredibly comforting to know that my frustration was being "understood" while absolutely nothing was being done about it. So, if you're looking for a hotel where promises are meaningless, staff are monumentally rude, and your problems are exclusively your own, then look no further. Roseate House has set a new low. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.
STAY AWAY. A COMPLETE JOKE.
An absolute nightmare from start to finish. Waited 100 minutes to check in. The reception manager, Ayush, was disgustingly rude and told me my delay was "not his problem." This is my SECOND terrible experience here, only stayed because of a booking error. They lied about helping me receive a package and I missed my delivery. The duty manager just offered empty apologies. This hotel is managed by arrogant, incompetent people who couldn't care less about their guests. Don't waste your money or your sanity. This place is the...
